  • Awesome Bike!!!
Color: Black Style: Standards
Awesome bike at a fair price. I never write reviews but this purchase deserved some feedback. This thing is built with high quality parts and seems very, VERY robust. Bought this for our 11 year old who quickly outgrew the electric scooter style bike we got him last year (Hes about 4'8" and ~85lb). The controls are easy to use and rides great with the double suspension. Can be used a traditional pedal bike, fully e-bike, or hybrid with pedal assist. The cool thing is that the rider can regulate the top speed with the amount of pedal assist settings. This size bike is perfect as it seems to accommodate kids, teens, and adults (I took it for a ride and I'm 5'10" ~220lb). Most importantly he loves riding this!! Hopefully the battery has a good lifespan and we can use this for several years. ... show more

  • Buy it! Well constructed, great price, quality.
Color: Blue Style: Standards
This is the best $600 I have soent for my family in a long time! So far, works great! I bought it for my 9 hear old son, but it was a little too tall and big. So we ordered a smaller one for him. But I, and my husband, ride this daily with our two boys. It's strong enough and big enough for 2 people to ride ay the same time. My son's older friends, aged10-11, can ride it and take turns. It's the hit of our neighborhood. My son will be tall enough by next year... and then he will want it back. I'll be sad. ... show more

  • Decent for the price, reasonable room for improvement
Color: Orange Style: Standards
It would be nice if they outlined the range for each degree of speed in the settings. Also a explanation of how the controller works would be nice. Some blinkers for turns would also I feel be beneficial if it came stock. Assembly was fairly easy although an image of how the derailleur was assembled would be useful because the first time you take your rear tire off you can be confused as to how it goes back together if you forgot to take a picture which really shouldn't be a requirement. Admittedly the seat is not all that comfortable and if you're doing long rides it may not be good for men's health if you know anything about why they redesigned bike seats a while back. Yeah in fact the seat although it's nice if you have to haul two people and it can do that, it eliminates hauling space. I think you get something like 20 miles out of the top two speeds. So I keep it on three which is 20 miles an hour and I think you get about 30 miles out of that. Everything is fairly sturdy. It's a smooth ride but the hydraulic shocks do bottom out kind of commonly on certain bumps and they don't give you instructions on how to adjust them so I still have yet to look that up and fine tune it. It does look really good and it's a lot of fun to ride. You know it said for kids and young adults and I'm a fairly large man but it doesn't look as ridiculous as like somebody on a Jetsun. Overall I am very satisfied with the bike especially for the money. I would like to see it come with mirrors as well because when you're looking over your shoulder it can be a little wobbly if you veer. This is definitely a two hand at all times machine. The rear fender is a little short and so it can throw water up onto your back. Man the valve stems on the stock inner tubes are so long you need a special bent fill valve to air up the tires. And if you use a straight one you will absolutely split the valves in due time and have to replace the inner tubes. That was very frustrating. I highly recommend just buying the airless tires from a third party. It'd be really nice if there was a clock on the controller as well. The headlight is also functional but a bit weak. I kind of like how it is a beam of that forms a rectangle so you can definitely see the ground in front of you and you're not blinding people as you go down the street but the lack of coverage of your surroundings is a bit tunnel visiony. You will likely end up replacing that light. Also the headlight has a low setting for like kind of daytime running but the daytime running feature doesn't include the rear tail light which I feel like is somewhat self-defeating. I know it's supposed to be compact but if the rear tire assembly was dropped back light 3"it would be better for maintaining top speed because I don't know if you sit too far back like I have really long arms like something about the center of gravity causes a little bit of top speed loss in each setting. Full circle on an explanation of how the controller works I would like to modify the top speed of the first setting because 7 miles an hour is not fast enough to keep it standing because of the weight. It should be set to at least 10 because my girl rides super slow and it's a horrendous pain to stay erect while pacing slow speeds. Also the phone in the seat the grades quickly and mine already has like a divot from sitting on it. As I said overall I love it but there are definite room for improvement that wouldn't raise the bottom line. Sorry Tom I'll be done in just a second ... show more

  • Defective Product & Terrible Customer Service
Color: Black Style: Standards
The bike arrived with major manufacturing defects. The rear wheel fender is tilted too far forward, and the red tail light is pressed tightly against the rear wheel, which stops the wheel from spinning properly. Also, according to the assembly video, the seat is supposed to lift easily to connect with the rear suspension, but on this bike, the seat won’t lift at all. They clearly shipped a defective product, but their customer service is incredibly slow and they just keep making me wait day after day. Their response rate is frustratingly dragged out, only replying once every two days. Even after I followed their instructions, detached the heavy battery, and shipped it back via FedEx, they completely went silent and ignored my deadline. I have officially filed an Amazon A-to-z Claim to get my money back. ... show more

  • Amazing value, quality bike
Color: Black Style: Standards
Incredible bike, especially this cheap. Super sturdy and fast. Can be unlocked to go 30 mph even with my 200 pounds on it. I ride two grandkids at a time in front of me. Feels very safe with the long seat. You won't be sorry!

Great bike Even better customer service. Had an issue with a scratched fender and a bent wheel, that occurred in transit, which is not their fault and they took care of it. No questions asked. Would highly recommend.

  • Really fun to ride! Tighten everything and fill the tires.
Color: Black Style: Standards
I took it to Gambler 500 and the 3 teenage kids wanted to ride it all weekend instead of the gas-powered bike and quad. It's pretty fast if you want it to be, but I kept it under 15 mph around crowds. On the road it felt stable at 20 mph. I should have spent a little more time tightening all the loose handlebar controls before it got so much use. They shipped a bit loose and moved around a bit. Also the front tire pressure was low and it came off the bead. The battery shipped with a charge that lasted through two days of very heavy use. It was depleted on Sunday and took too long to charge to really use it (8-12 hours recommended first charge). The remaining charge was conservatively inaccurate, and gained percentage when it sat for a few minutes. That's good for keeping you from getting stranded without assist, although pedaling was not too hard. It's a very heavy bike and battery. I lifted it into a pickup truck, but smaller folks might not be able to. The controls are pretty simple but I was riding it without power until the kid showed me. 1. Power on the battery switch. 2. Hold M to wake up the display. 3. Choose speed with the up/down arrows. 4. Pedal, or twist the throttle. When you get it, tighten everything and make sure the tires have 15-20 psi before the first use. Charge it overnight when you get a chance. The charger block lights up red when it's charging and green when it's done. ... show more
