My husband has been riding the bike for a week now and these are his immediate thoughts on the product. Delivery & Assembly: First off, shipping was great—it actually arrived a few days early. Assembly was a breeze and can easily be done by one person. I was able to put it together using just the tools provided in the box plus a few basic tools we already had around the house. The Ride & Pedaling (Without Power): To test it out, I took it on a run to Ace Hardware completely unpowered (with the battery on, but turned off). As a regular bicycle, it’s decent but takes a fair amount of work. You essentially have to pedal the entire time; if you try to build up speed and just cruise, it slows down to a stop pretty quickly. That said, if you ever run out of juice, pedaling is totally manageable to get you home. Pro tip: If you want to use it strictly as a regular ride, you can just take the battery off, and it feels much more in line with a standard, traditional mountain bike. Design & Features: The tires are really nice and feel sturdy. There is also a great, spacious area on the frame if you want to add a basket for carrying items or running errands. Things to Consider: The only real drawback is the weight. Because of how heavy it is, I would not recommend this bike to anyone who has to carry it up more than a single step to store it each day. If you have stairs, look elsewhere or be prepared for a serious workout. Overall, it's a solid, well-built e-bike that delivers on its promises, just make sure you have a ground-level place to park it!

It was pretty easy to finish the assembly when it arrived. Having never had an e-bike I didn't know the mode had to be set on the display before the e-drive would initiate. Didn't see anything in the manual about it so I e-mailed support. I figured it out before they responded but their response was very quick. The AI chat was also helpful. The bike is solidly built and performs very nicely. The one I bought was for the wife and she likes it. So far I haven't seen any reason to look elsewhere when I decide to get a bike for myself.

Package took over a week to get here with multiple delays. Once arrived I found rear fender damaged, rear basket Damage, Middle of frame with chipped paint and rear section metal damage. The front Brake system doesn't work, I've tried everything (I have assembled ebikes and pedal bikes before) yet I can not get the brakes to work on the front. Main issue, front wheel is warped causing the Disk brake to run every 50% rotation due to wheel to be some what off center. I have tried to deflate and re inflate wheel to work tat out but it seems the wheel itself is the culprit. The front light is off center and not pointing strait (you can not turn the light only tilt up and down) Rear disk brake has slight rub as well. Other complain is the Pedals. You can not turn sharply if you have a pedal in the down position (6 o'clock) as turning in that same direction because the pedal hits the pavement. It's like the pedals should be different for the size of the bike. The rear basket comes not installed, mine had the four mounting holes all messed up as if it was on a bike and removed with force. Had multiple washers missing from screws as well. Overall... The wait time and the quality of the bike is not to well. I took it on a 20 minute ride and besides all the for mentioned issues and if you remember to keep the pedal up when turning in that direction (so you don't hit the pavement) the bike performed well.. just Loud due to calipers and brakes and fendors all running and clicking.. and not having front brakes is an issue. The overall felt like I was sent a returned bike (used bike). Really wish I could get a replacement straight from ESkute as this seller was a let down. I bought my wife's E300 from ESkute direct and it came faster and was Mint Condition, no issues. UPDATE : After reaching out to Eskute directly and then Elecby via Amazon, We worked thru suggestions and troubleshooting of the issues. The suggestions were still non viable to fix the problems with the bike. In the end I was sent a completely new bike and allowed to keep the original bike (minus the battery which I did send back) for replacement parts if needed in the future for the new bike. They were able to send me a completely new bike and battery which came in 2 days. So I updated to 5 stars based on the Customer service. My only suggestion is to buy direct from Eskute website as I purchased two bikes from there AFTER I had bought from this one from Amazon.. and everything was flawless thru direct website.

This is honest review…!! No paid or sample review I’ve had this e-bike for about a month now, and I’m very happy with it. The build quality is outstanding—it feels extremely heavy-duty, solid, and well-made. It has handled everything I’ve thrown at it without any issues. The motor is powerful, the battery lasts a long time, and the ride is smooth and comfortable on both roads and rougher trails. I’ve also added a few accessories, including a rear child seat, and I’ve been riding with my baby. The bike feels very stable and secure even with the extra weight, which gives me a lot of confidence. It’s comfortable, easy to control, and has become a great way for us to enjoy rides together. And i don’t wanna say anything about seller.as costumer we want seller like this guys.if u have any issues,they will solved it ASAP and they will take care of you until you satisfied. Overall, this e-bike has exceeded my expectations. It’s durable, reliable, and well worth the money. After a month of regular use, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality e-bike.
