Received bike undamaged. Nice solid bike. Adjustable rear suspension. Charging battery for the recommended 12 hours the first time. Took longer to get it out of the box and all the foam and zip ties off then to assemble which is fine cuz that protected it. Added an LED tail light to it also. Can’t wait to ride it. Road it just pedaling and it’s a quality bike. Fully charged the battery as per instructions. Went for a test ride. What an awsum bike. I have pulmunary fibrosis which means it don’t take much before I need oxygen. I bought this so when I ride and get tire, which I do, I can use the electric part. Man. This was such a relief knowing I can stop pedaling and still be riding. I am so happy with this bike. Rides nice. Suspension is great. It seems heavy duty. Plus with the bike rack I mounted my portable oxygen concentrator. I love it.

After a disappointing purchase of a different e-bike, my son an I are very happy so far with this M200F bike. The cheepier bike purchased from Walmart(which is a nightmare to return) had similar specs, but didn't come close to the speed or battery range it promised. This M200F unit goes the 30+ mph that it promises, and I'd say the range in no-pedal/all electric is 35+ miles on mode 5...I'm estimating because my kid gave up trying to kill the battery in a single day after 28 miles(it was still showing 40% battery). So the lesser pedal assist mode probably does the much longer quoted range as promised. The last bike couldn't even go 10% of the quoted battery range when running all electric. This M200F bike came well packaged with no scratches (the Walmart bike looked like someone dragged it on the floor before packing it up...scratches on literally every corner of the paint). So far it feels like the M200F quality is pretty good. Suspension might be a tad stiff for a lighter weight rider(120lbs), but it's probably tuned for a more average adult sized. My son is 5'4" and he fits height wise on the frame great. Lots of room for the seat to go up, and the handle bar neck is adjustable, so the handlebars could actually go farther forward. Tires are a good compromise between trail and street, they feel wider/beefier than I was expecting given the description which made it look like a basic commuter bike...which again favors a bigger rider. My son left off the fenders and bike rack, which gave the bike a really aggressive trail look, pretty sharp. Charger has a simple red/green light, so with a simple glance you can see if it's fully charged, the other bike you had to turn on the screen to see, which was annoying. Installation was like 15 minutes, I did have to loosen the display panel so I could get to the handlebar neck bolt. It didn't come with that Allen wrench, but it was a simple metric Allen. You probably could have just forced the display but we didn't try. I will say turning on "password" mode was very confusing. Somewhere between the book it came with and the conflicting internet advice for a different model we finally got it working...but i couldn't tell you what the final combination of clicks was. It comes with the password off, meaning it turns on with the NFC key OR just holding the menu button...so not the best for your average kid who never physically locks the bike at school/parks/etc. I'd give it 5 starts if I had the bike longer and could confidently say the quality is good.

Purchased the ebike last week. It was delivered right on time and was easy to assemble. It is very zippy and fun to ride. My only suggestion would be to have the directions for the control panel a little clearer to understand. I did call customer support and they walked me right through how to reset the trip odometer. Great bike and great value. I was so pleased with the bike that I just purchased a second one for my wife.

Front disc rotor arrived bent, but the shipper quickly reacted and sent me 2 new rotors. Beyond the minor setback of the rotor, the bike has been a complete joy to ride. Easily handles moderate trekking. Nice power.

I already had a 500W ebike from a different manufacturer, and like it well enough for basic, level-ground riding. However, it has only front suspension and rattles horribly on bumpy terrain. It also won't go up hills with grades of more than just 10-15 degrees. There is a grassy slope leading to a local trail near my house, and I have to push my 500W bike up the hill. The weak motor combined with the rattling noise was getting on my nerves, and I saw this Eskute with front and back suspension and the advertised 1500W motor. It seemed like a great upgrade so I bought it. When it arrived on time, I assembled it quickly enough (30-45 minutes), and started riding it. The startup power seemed comparable to the old bike, but I didn't think much of it. When I rode it up the grassy slope leading to the hill, it stopped in exactly the same spot as my previous, 500W bike. I did some benchmarking tests with this bike and my 500W bike, and they behaved nearly identically. So the Eskute I was sent is a 500W bike rather than the advertised 1500W bike. I called tech support to ask how to unlock the other 1000W, and they told me to email their tech department. I emailed the tech support address on Thursday, and heard nothing back from them. I called again Friday, and was again told to email the tech support address. It's the next Wednesday, and I still haven't heard anything from anyone. It's a fine 500W bike, but the ad is very deceptive.

It a little difficult to put together but once you do it's so worth it.It's fun to ride we have a pretty steep hill up to are house and it shot up it like a mountain goat I barely had to petle but I would buy a more comfortable seat the one it comes with is a little uncomfortable and the handle bars take some getting use to. But over all a great bike for the price
