Assembly is easy, so easy that I assembled it myself. I didn't time it, but I would say it took about two hours. It's well made and should give me years of service. The seat is comfortable to sit on, even on extended riding. I can't find one thing wrong with this bike. One thing I like is it can't be started without the NFC card. This is a excellent bike and I feel it's just as good as bikes costing twice as much. This bike is fun to ride and I highly recommend this one.

This bike arrived earlier than expected and it took about an hour to finish assembling. The battery came fully charged so it was ready to go when complete. I took it for an 8 mile ride over pavement, wooden planks, gravel, sand, as well as uphill and it preformed very well. The seat was comfortable, though it will not stay locked in place, but it has more than enough power than what I'll need it for. I am extremely happy with this bike and can't wait to use it more!

I should start by noting that I am an experienced rider with considerable knowledge of bicycle assembly and maintenance. The Eskute C300 ST arrived just 4 days after I ordered it. It was very well packaged and I think it took almost as long to unpack it as it did to assemble it. Assembly was pretty straight forward with the user manual providing helpful guidance. The manual focuses mainly on safety issues with minimal technical information on the bike. It offers some guidance on programming the display, but I would like to see a bit more detail on the programming process. Overall the bike appears to be quite sturdy. The riding experience was a bit different from what I'm used to. I've always ridden relatively light bikes and this one is pretty heavy, as are most ebikes. However, after a couple of rides it feels pretty natural. The motor assist takes some getting used to as it takes you to the set speed for the power assist level you've set. The shocks are a little clunky, but as expected on an entry level bike. The big 4inch tires provide great traction an all surfaces. Battery life appears to be about what I expected. After 33 miles the battery was at 47.3 volts, which indicated that about 48% of battery capacity is remaining. My riding has been on fairly rough dirt/gravel forest service roadswith plenty of hills. I tend to use power assist level 2 most of the time with occasional jumps to level 3. I expect that I will get 45-60 miles per charge with the power assist modes that I use. One complaint I have is with the display brightness. It's difficult to read in full sun. Not a deal breaker, but a bit of an annoyance. Overall I am enjoying this bike. I have about 65 miles on it with no problems. I did have to adjust the derailleur just a touch, but that's normal for any new bike. I gave this bike 5 stars, not because it's perfect, but because it meets or exceeds my expectations for a bike in this price range.

I've rode this bike on gravel (uphill and downhill), city sidewalks, bike lanes and have put 75 miles on it so far. Here's what I've learned about the bike: 1. Assembly instructions are very basic and leave out the details regarding things like the front light. If you have any experience with assembling things you should be fine, just take your time. 2. Charging the battery properly for the first three charges is crucial to properly conditioning the bike. 3. A ten mile ride at PAS 4 or 5 will drop the power meter by one full bar. 4. Advertised 80 mile range is based on using PAS 1, the lowest setting. 5. Using the correct gears (1-8) and dropping the PAS to OFF, (Zero on the display) will save a lot of battery power. 6. It's heavy. On downhills, the bike's mass will cause you gain a LOT of speed. 7. The acceleration can sometimes catch you off guard when starting out from places like a cross walk or stop sign. 8. The bike is tough, and can take rugged terrain well, but with its weight, hardcore mountain biking may not be a good idea. 9. Switch the front forks to Locked for street riding, it will make for a more rigid ride and use less power. Overall, this bike is precisely what I wanted, good range, comfortable, I can run errands (I bought panniers and a basket), go on fun rides with my buddies, and just go around town having fun.

Bought this for my wife as she needed a step through model. Heavier and bigger than we thought. But once assembled, it seems like a nice machine. BUT (yes a BUT) the assembly is not easy as we had envisioned. The biggest problem for me was the lack of a close up, detailed view of some of the steps. The trickiest was the front wheel assembly. The book that comes with it and the QR CODE link to assembly instructions rush through it. This is where a more detailed view would have been HANDY! Plus I used ChatGPT and a couple of deep Google dives to figure out some other assembly issues. I even tried calling support, but no one ever answered; so don’t lean on that if you find you need help. If someone from ESKUTE reads this, have a novice such as myself do the assembly from the resources your product provides. And don’t help them. AND, when we opened the box & got all the parts out, there was this one cylinder looking part kind of floating around? Fortunately my wife did a little investigation and found a haphazardly placed piece of paper that stated this part MUST REPLACE an existing piece in the area where the 2 frames come together as the engineers decided this would be a critical upgrade?! WHY didn’t they do it at the factory? This was another adventure of figuring out the replacement process: poor guidance.

It arrived earlier than promised. It was easy to put together. Just the handlebars, foot pedals, kick stand, front wheel and front fender. Color was just like the picture. Arrived all charged up. There is a video on You Tube to make sure it's put together correctly.
