The bike was easy to assemble. Came with a tear in the seat, contacted the seller they responded quickly and sent a replacement seat asap. My 76 year old mother has been enjoying the bike, easy for her to control and turn on the lowest speed. Her grandchildren enjoy riding it on the higher speeds!

When I got my trike, it had an E2 code which meant it wasn’t working right. I let customer service know and they kept in touch every day and sent a part to resolve the problem. They rushed everything because it was in the month of December and it was to be a Christmas present. Overall the trike was easy to put together, it looks great and it’s everything we thought it would be. And all for a great price. Thank you. ... show more

    • VERY POOR THROTTLE RESPONSE

This bike seems overall fairy well designed however it does have a throttle defect that is common. If you read all of the reviews you will see this. As shown in the attached picture the throttle has a very non linear response. It does not engage the motor until 1/4 of its travel. Then from 1/4 to 3/4 throttle it is full speed. Then from 3/4 to full it does not change, it stays full throttle. This throttle response is very difficult to get use to. It jerks when initially engaged and increases to full with only 1/4 of its total travel. I have contacted the manufacturer ESKUTE several weeks ago to inform them of this issue and they said they would look into this problem and notify their technical and engineering staff then let me know however I still haven’t gotten any response. ... show more

The bike itself is very good It was easy to assemble and operates as described. The seat, however is another thing.The mechanics that you tighten to hold the seat at the angle you need is so weak that it can only be tightened once or twice. The metal used is not suitable and is not hard enough. The teeth flatten out and do not hold. The second time I attempt to ride the bike the entire seat flipped backward and if my friend had not caught me, I would have fallen and been injured. In my original contact with the company they stated that they would refund the amount of a shop to weld the seat permanent. When the estimate was over $130. I offered to find a replacement seat at a cheaper price. They refused that and said that they would now send a replacement part. I agreed to that and gave them my current address ,as it has changed from the original shipping address. That was a month ago. I have not received any replacement part or refund amount. The Amazon server that I used to communicate with the company is no longer there. I bought a different seat and post that work fine but it added an extra $100. to the price. I like the bike but the company leaves alot to be desired! ... show more

Love these trikes. The power is impressive. I am 265 lbs and it takes me through grass and dirt very well. Has a top speed at 18 MPH in the third range. My wife and I will love this on our camping trips especially like trips to places like Disney camp ground and Canton Tx Trade Days.

Great bike for the price. Easy to assemble. I was worried about the size as I'm 5'7" but it fits me perfectly. It has a smooth ride and the functions are great! I'm just getting used to having an e bike but it's easy to use and I'm comfortable with it.
