I’ve had this now for awhile. I use it 2-3x a day to fill up water bottles and my cats 60oz water bowl 2-3x a week. We go through quite a few 5 gallon bottles a month. It’s not too noisy, dependable, quick charging and stays charged a long time. I charge mind on a battery pack with a usb charger about 1x every 6-7 weeks so I don’t have to move it from its location. It is perfect to get started with the process of buying and replacing 5 gallon jugs. That part is not the most convenient, but having better water has been a huge benefit for the family. My girls drink so much more water now. It is also great because you can load the pump up and take it camping! We find that we have to charge the pump about every two refills. UPDATE 1-31-2024 - Still working great. Still love it! Going on 3 years. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -Original post -This works well. Easy to use. Good flow rate. Love that the blue lights light up when you're using it! As suggested elsewhere, I would recommend cutting a hole in the 5gal. water bottle cap for the hose to go through. (There are directions and illustrations in other comments.) Then put the pump unit over it. I resuse the cut bottle cap, too. Some people complain about the noise. It is just slightly louder than an electric tooth brush. Doesn't bother me. UPDATE 9-22-2021 - First time to charge it in 5 1/2 months - About 8 - 5 gal. jugs.- Left the house for 3 hrs. and was charged when I got back. Still loving it! UPDATE 10-31-2022 - Had this over 1 1/2 years. Still works like new. Charges nicely, maybe the charge runs out a tad more quickly and takes a wee bit longer to charge up - but, I'm talking only about minutes here, so really like new. Has made my life easier, not lifting up the 5 gallon jugs! Also, FYI mine automatically stops filling at one and a half quarts. UPDATE 1-31-2024 - Still working great. Still love it. Loved this item. Easy to install, use and charge. It's a bit noisy and doesn't dispense water super fast but we did not mind that. Six months later however motor just stopped working. Ordering another one as we speak because I'd rather purchase another one than pay for a home service.

I love this!!! I have a water cooler in my home office but damaged it when moving. This was a temporary solution to using my water until I get my cooler fixed, to dispense the water from the water tank jugs I have on hand. It does exactly that. It doesn’t cool the water (that would be awesome) but if you keep it in a cool spot it’s cool as tap and the purified water in jugs just taste better to me. It is ridiculously easy to set up. Just charge the unit with the (provided) USB cord (use your own usb plug) then affix the long tube to the unit and put it on the bottle. I’ve had this for about a month, use it daily and have not had to recharge the unit yet. Works great. When you press the top to dispense the water it does make a rather loud noise, which some may find annoying. (Like if you’re thirsty in the middle of the night you could wake someone up lol) But I liked it so much I ordered a second one for another room in the house or camping. The only thing I think could they could improve on (besides the noise) is a few drops of water come out of the spout a couple seconds after you stop pressing the dispenser. Just leave you cup there a couple seconds longer to catch it and there’s no spillage. ... show more

I love this product. I have a water dispenser that can make the water hot or cold. I’ve never even plugged it in, I just used it to dispense water. It’s a top loading one so I had to struggle to get the 5 gallon jug onto it, sometimes spilling water and making a mess. This gadget takes all that away! It was packaged nicely, clean, and simple to use. Some reviews complained of it not fitting snugly to the lid if there was no “cap” (like the green twist off ones that come with new jugs). This is true, but it doesn’t impede the functionality of the dispenser at all from what I’ve seen. I’ve had it a few weeks now and it hasn’t needed a charge yet after daily use. You click the button to turn it on and start dispensing, then click it to stop dispensing. There is no lag at all when it stops, meaning there’s not extra drips of water after turning it off. My only complaint is I had to stoop down to reach the spout, but that can be remedied by placing the jug on a chair or something. Overall, I’m thrilled with this little dispenser!
