Change and add some buttons and it looks like a 300 dollar coat

I got a small and its roomy, wish it fit more snug as I would only wear dresses under it. I got all the buttons on a sale at joanns so it cost about 40 bucks, added 2 on the back and sewed the buttons thru the belt to the jacket on the seams. Used medium size buttons of the same style button on the wrist and added 2 small on the outside corners of the collar. It was a bit of work but honestly it looks like a 300/400 dollar coat now. I would know I collect them. The coat itself is actually is pretty good quality for that price. I would buy the beige/tan if they had extra small!

Beautiful Coat!

I bought this coat for a Europe trip and it turned out to be my favorite purchase! It is very heavy and warm and I love it more than I expected. It did pill on the arms but in all fairness, I was really hard on it and it held up well considering. The little lint shavers from Amazon took the pilling off and the coat looked great again with minimal work. I am 5’6” 130lbs and ordered the small. This coat looked great belted or left open and went well with so many different scarves. The length was amazing and helped keep my legs warm when it got windy. The buttons are mediocre and I did loose one but that’s an easy fix. I am very happy with my purchase and will likely order another color soon.

Don't have long arms or lack the ability to sew

Buttons pop off easily and the arms are made for a tiny person. Do I still wear it? Yes, because other than that, probably my favorite jacket.

Gorgeous but loose buttons

4.5 This coat is BEAUTIFUL! 5’6”, 160 lbs and size medium fits great! Not loose, not snug. The only reason it isn’t a five is because for some reason the buttons aren’t sown on tightly. I wore it for one quick night out and I lost two buttons (after not fastening them even). But I found gold buttons and replaced them, and it’s perfect!

WONDERFUL COAT- JUST BUY IT

I’m 6’0 and 190 pounds. Being so tall, it’s very difficult to find anything that will fit me well. This coat hits my calves, the collar looks so fashionable and is also functional against the cold, and this coat looks sleek and sophisticated while holding up against 20 degree temperatures. The pockets are AMAZING- they hold my Kindle without even showing it’s there! It looks great for work or for wearing out, and I think it was well worth the money. I do second what other people say about the buttons; I wish they were sturdier and not such thin/cheap plastic but that was by no means a dealbreaker! GREAT buy! I want one in every color.

I love the length and materials. Length: goes past my knees as wanted in case of large amounts of snow; materials: passed the test and kept me warm in subzero temps and crazy windchills (if you’re from central Indiana, you know what I’m talking about from this past Christmas week!) Perfect for unpredictable Indiana winter storms and temps, and already got compliments! You can wear a thick sweater underneath and still be flexible. Will add fur around the collar to keep me well insulated, and works even better with a good pair of gloves (I’m a heat girl). Like everything else I’ve ever bought, just reinforce the buttons for peace of mind.

Beautiful but poorly made

This jacket is genuinely beautiful and a wonderful fit, I would point out that it does seem poorly made. Three buttons fell off within just the first two days, one button as soon as I tried it on the first time. Buttons are easy to sew on so it’s not a huge deal, but at this price I would expect better.
