Great tent
This is my second Easy Up tent. The first one lasted me 10 years. I bought this one in June, and had an unfurtunate accident when a neighboring vendor at a show decided she did not need to anchor her tent down on a windy day. I had anchored my new tent down and it did well in the wind. A sudden gush came up and slammed her tent into mine, and broke four trusses on my new tent. I contacted Easy-up and they replaced all the parts with no trouble as it was under warranty. Even if it had not been under warranty, the replacement parts were seasonably priced. They company was very helpful. I love how this canopy is easy to set up, and easy to pack up. I can do it all on my own, and the bag this one has is compact and had great wheels that allow me to take it over grass and gravel with ease. Note to the wise: I would reccommend buyers order directly from Easy-Up however on their website, as I learned I could have saved money by doing so. Also you will be in their system immediately should you need to order a replacement part under warranty. I had to wait 48 hours to get in their system to file my warranty claim, and when you are doing shows every weekend, combined with having to wait for shipping or replacement parts, this can be precious time lost. ... show more

I have had a few tents in the past as I do art shows. This tent came with the sides and a nice little awning that is a heavy weight frame and the leg panels for securing it to the ground, and storage bag. The canvas top is a nice thick canvas, unlike the EZ Ups I have bought at Cosco in the past. This may be a little higher priced than what you would pay at Cosco or Sam's but the extras you get with it are well worth it and about the same price if you buy the sides separate like I've had to do in the past. To store the tent with the canopy attached, I had trouble putting the bag over the brand new canopy (that's because the material is very thick!). If the bag had a side zip it would have been a little more convenient to put the tent in the bag. The zipper is located at the base of the bag. The wheels make the bag easy to carry, as I said, this tent is not flimsy, its very sturdy and heavy. I also needed this tent in a flash! The company I bought mine from was Hutshops. They shipped it to me in two days (yes, I paid for fast delivery) and the box arrived in great condition. I was thrilled as my show was on Saturday, and I got the tent on Thursday ordering on a Monday. I've read some of the other reviews and can honestly tell you - I've had Kanopy Kings, and other EZ Ups but this one is very well built - and a very heavy frame (much heavier than the other EZ Ups I've bought from Cosco), has great sides but I haven't used the awning yet. The sides have velcro at the top which is something I've never had on my sides before. It made closing the tent that much easier. The side panel material isn't very thick, and the stitching on one of the zippers started to come undone but that was because I had the legs too far out when I zipped the sides closed - it was stretched too tightly. Once I moved the legs in a bit it went easier, even with the weight bags that I put around the legs. I am thrilled with this product, and do not understand why other people have had such problems. I was very pleased with my entire purchase
I was very pleased with my entire purchase. The tent came quickly, even faster than the scheduled delivery. The tent appeared high quality. The top felt like nylon on the top and a rubbery feel on the back of the nylon giving me confidence in it's waterproofing. The sides were lightweight nylon which let in more light that my previous plastic ones. This tent also came with a small canopy that was very convenient and it even came with a banner that I can put my business name in and display across the front What I liked best is that each side zipped to the next. This completely enclosed the tent so that there were no gaps in the corners like those with velcro straps in the corners. I also like the "button" and loop that is used to attach the sides to the tent, it was easier/more convenient than the typical velcro. There were also longer straps that could be used to hold up the sides when rolled up so I no longer need to use heavy, unattractive clamps to hold up my sides so I didn't have to take them down every day then put them up at night. It stormed the first night I put the tent up at a three day craft fair and there was no leakage/damage at all. Additionally, the tent was easy to set up and take down for the two of us. I also liked the carrying case. The sides fit into a pocket on the side of the case, it had rollers and was square shaped not round like my last one. If I have one complaint it is an extremely minor one that the sides and the tent top are different shades of white. The tent is bright white and the sides are a light cream. It only bothers me because I am an artist and I notice colors more so than most people. ... show more

Excellent Value and Customer Service
Very happy with this purchase. After my wife and I unpacked it from its box and performed the one time chore of attaching the tent's roof to the support structure (not difficult) we found that setting up and closing the tent to be very quick and easy operations. We use the tent for our booth at craft fairs and it amazed us to discover that putting it up and taking it down took less than 5 minutes - and that included the time it took to extract it from and return it to its travel bag. We need both of us to do it, though. The only problem we had was with the travel bag. The end of the bag has two little hard plastic wheels which allow one person to drag the tent like luggage in an airport. When I took the bag with the tent in it out of our car's trunk to use it for the first time, I noticed that one of the wheels had detached itself from the bag. It had been fine when it was delivered. I went to E-Z UP's website, filled in a warranty claim form and emailed the form and a copy of our receipt to the company. A few hours later, we received an email from the company saying that our claim was approved and that a new bag would be shipped. It arrived less than a week later. Great tent, great service. EZ UP and Down .... but bagging it ... not so easy.
I just got this today. It was delivered UPS and came in the delivery window. It was Easy to set up BY Myself. I do craft and vendor shows, most times ALONE. I am a Mature woman, only 5" 2". So being able to set this up alone without asking for help from my fellow vendors was something I was really needing since my other canopy which I've had a few years, is not that easy to do alone. Anyway, I set this up in no time at all, alone on my gravel driveway. The gravel did provide a "challenge" but will not be a deal breaker since I hardly ever set up on gravel. The take down was just as easy and I had not issues. HOWEVER ..... the big problem for me was getting it INTO THE BAG. I put the side panels in the storage pockets since I will rarely use them. The bag is HEAVY and only has a zipper around the bottom which is also where the wheels are. So you have to either hold the heavy bag with the wheels over the top of the collapsed frame and wiggle it down OR lay the collapsed frame on the ground and attempt to slide it into the bag. I had two issues with this .... first of all the frame is nearly as tall as I am. I'm not an athlete or muscle woman, so holding the heavy bag up that high to attempt to get it over the frame is not something I can physically do. Laying the frame down to slide into the bag works well..... HOWEVER this can damage the bag that will slide on the pavement or grass or other surface you may be on. The bag is plenty big enough and not snug. A ZIPPER FROM TOP TO BOTTOM OF THE BAG WOULD BE MUCH EASIER TO MANAGE! Most vendors at craft / vendor shows I attend are WOMEN, working ALONE. I have had this Instant commercial Pop up Canopy for 5+ years now It is still in good shape but I will be getting another for a backup I do vending shows and this last show I did it was really windy and I was catching other tents from hitting mine or other venders tents do to the lack of them not properly using some weight on the lags that is around the lags and top too. The new ones are more then the original pop up I have but its cheaper then replacing all my products or the stuff next to my booth or across the way. ... show more

So good. So easy!
My old tent (of over 10 years) finally needed to be replaced, I called EZ Up to figure out what the closest replacement model was and they pointed me to the ES100S and said it’s my old model but superior in every way. And they’re totally right!! It’s a great model, easy to put up with two people and should be fine on your own (it’s always harder though). The roof material is really nice and seems like it will do a good job repelling water. This is the perfect tent for art markets, look no further! ... show more

Improved from the one I bought 22 years ago - great TEMPORARY shelter.
This is a well-built TEMPORARY structure. It is not meant to be deployed continuously in your back yard. None of these instant-style canopies are, no matter who makes them. This is the second EZ-UP of this style that I've owned, and its maiden voyage was at a 3-day outdoor event in central Oklahoma in April - we had sustained 45 mph winds with gusts to 65 mph! These weren't storm winds - they lasted almost all of a day. We had to guy it and stake it internally - this is where you run lines of cord (mason's twine, or something a little thicker) around the corner joints, string them down to the two adjacent corners, and secure with more stakes in the vicinity of your footing stakes. It's like you're making an 'x' shape with two lines+stakes on 3 walls of the structure, assuming you're leaving the fourth open for entry/exit. Even with the extra guy out lines, the ezup shook constantly in the ridiculous winds, and my friend and I were intermittently holding on to the corners or ceiling framing. With all that shaking and wear and tear, nothing broke or ripped. A few others at the event lost their fabric canopies or had frame failures. While a new canopy will shed rain for quite awhile, eventually the fabric stretches and water will start to accumulate in the corners. To avoid this, get some pool noodles and wedge each end in the tops of the frame on either side of each corner, with the body of the noodle arching up to push the roof fabric out. I bought this style of EZ-UP back in '01, and used it for 10 years at outdoor events where it was out overnight in weather, until the canopy lost its waterproofing and one of the legs bent. Frame is still usable for indoor events to hang signage and such. Regarding the new one, I'm impressed at all the improvements the company has made over the years - it's so much easier to lock/unlock the legs and corners now. ... show more
