I decided to give it a full 5/5. I am loving it so far. Comes in three big boxes. The biggest box is the chaise with most of the smaller parts (Allen wrench, screws, feet, etc.) crammed inside it. Another box is the mid section with the pillows stuffed in it somehow. Last, smallest box, carries the sides (armrest). Not as heavy as you would think. It’s more about using the right technique when moving the boxes into your space, which can be very easy, little to no difficulty. Great if you don’t have large doors to push furniture through, because you can take it in piece by piece. I also love how easy it will be to take the sections apart whenever you have to move. Building it was quick. What took the longest was just looking over the instructions to make sure I understand it so I didn’t make any mistakes assembling it the first time. One person alone can do it with no issue. Only problem I ran into was the metal brackets on one side was screwed in incorrectly so the armrest could not snap into place but it was an easy fix, as you can easily remove the screws and put the brackets correctly. Assembling it how you want is easy and great. You can choose if chaise will be on right or left side. You can also choose and easily move where the midsection (with cup holder and charging ports) will be positioned. The sectional looks great. Perfect for the small space I have. Love the color and the material of the fabric. Love the storage under chaise and chaise is easy to lift and close with no trouble. Midsection with cup holder and charging ports is a nice little feature. I have not used charging ports yet, so can’t say if they truly work with no problems but even if they don’t, that won’t ruin it for me as I have plenty of other charging options around the home. Turning into bed is very easy. Couch feels a bit firm but I trust it will soften over time with use but hopefully it will keep it’s firmness for a good amount of time as well. We love this couch!! So comfortable, we have had it for over 6 months now and do not regret purchasing at all. Good quality and easy to put together. We love the storage space and it is very easy to open up into a bed. Perfect for movie nights!!

Relatively easy to assemble. Cushions are super firm so we hope those soften with use. You will need a mattress topper or memory foam for sleeping since the person is RIGHT on the seam of the cushions and that’s not comfortable. Looks nice thought and has lots of room

I am astonished how good this couch is! To be honest-when my husband said he bought a couch off Amazon-my first thought was “how will we return a couch?” Not needed! We bought this for our loft area upstairs and it is WONDERFUL! It is very firm right now but I know with time it will get softer. But even firm it’s pretty amazing! We leave it pulled out so my kids can lay on it to watch shows. Absolutely great purchase! This would also be a great option for a small apartment. When the boxes arrived I noticed multiple holes in the packaging and exposed fabric on the couch that got stained. During installation it became apparent that there is rippling on the edges of the back cushions which looks pretty wonky. The butt cushions are super firm and not very comfortable, it’s not a very deep sitter and the chase seems kind of short to lay on for someone who is tall.. if you are short this couch will work perfect for you or for a kid. The charger port isn’t centered/ is crooked. I tried to cancel my order and put it on a different card literally right away and they denied me!. For $700+ it’s a fair couch. On a positive note the storage is nice and the pullout works great (when you pull it out it leaves an opening to under the couch that the cat immediately went into which is not great) ... show more

Came in three large boxes, slightly damaged during shipping but no damage to product. Fabric is soft, bottom cushions are very stiff. Pillows and back rests are soft. Assembly was easy. Took about an hour to unbox and assemble. Some small pulls in fabric here and there and the seams for the side pieces seen to be pulling apart. Very small imperfections just being 100% honest. The couch sits high and you feel slightly tilted forward on the section without the chase. Once you pop up the ottoman up it is very comfortable to lounge on. I'll update the review after a few weeks of use. 9.11.24 UPDATE Couch is very small width wise. I'm 5'9 189 pounds and laying down on it normally, it feels like I'm going to fall off. The chase is very short and my feet almost hang off the end when sitting normally. I wouldn't buy this for an everyday, all the time use. If you are looking for an occasional use, place for guests to sleep, this is probably an OK option. Also, the usb and usb-c ports are terrible. I plugged my USB - C cord into it then into my phone and it said check your cable because there might be a problem. Tried another cable, same thing, barely charges the phone. We purchased this for our camper. This is an amazing piece for the value. The chaise lounge is my favorite spot. Love the extra storage also. It was fairly easy to assemble but definitely a two person job.
