I was eagerly looking forward to adding the Reversible Cushions Convertible Modular Sectional in Beige to my home décor. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment upon receipt of the product, which fell well below my expectations in several key areas. Firstly, the color of the couch that arrived was significantly different from the beige advertised. The mismatch is not subtle and affects the aesthetics of my entire living room, which I had planned around the expected color palette. Secondly, the construction of the couch is problematic. The back of the sectional does not align properly, creating an uneven and unprofessional appearance. This issue seems to be a result of poor design or assembly, which is disappointing given the price point. Lastly, the comfort level of the couch is far below what I anticipated. Despite being described as “comfy,” the seating surface is extremely hard, making it uncomfortable for regular use. This is a stark contrast to the “deep seat free combinable sleeper sofa” experience I was expecting. Overall, this product did not meet the standards I expected based on the description and price. I cannot recommend the Reversible Cushions Convertible Modular Sectional due to these significant discrepancies and discomfort. Additionally, the assembly process for this sectional was far more time-consuming than anticipated. The instructions were not clear, and the overall design seemed unnecessarily complicated, requiring several hours to set up properly.
