This is definitely a 2 person (or more) job, but it in very sturdy. As long as you build it right and all the bolts are tight, it’s a very quiet bed. We bought this as we are staying with my father in law and helping him Reno his house and while that is happening we have to share a room with our daughter. This was a great price and it doesn’t take up as much space as 2 separate beds would. We would highly recommend.

Very nice bunk bed set. My kids love it. I feel that the instructions were lacking (basically no words at all) and assumed that you have enough open space to build the beds separately and then stack them on top of each other. I did not have that much space, so I used the following order: Step 8: Insert plastic feet in bottom of red bunk legs Step 1: Assemble the ends Step 4: Attach top bunk end above bottom bunk end (x2) Step 2: Connect ends together using side rails, top bunk first for ease of assembly Step 7(a): Attach guard rail on side closest to wall Steps 5&6: Assemble and attach ladder Step 9: Install caps on unused holes Step 3: Install mattress support beams Step not in the instructions: Put mattress on top bunk before the second guard rail is in the way Step 7(b): Attach second guard rail Also, I did not see it in the description, so stating it here, the ladder can go on either end of the top bunk... all the pictures show it in the same location, but it can be installed for your preferred end.

One of the most sturdy pieces of metal furniture I've encountered. There's nothing worse than a squeaky metal bed, and this one makes no noise. The height is great. I can sit on the bottom bunk with my kid and read books or whatever. I like the colors so much. Very mid century primary school. I love that it can be used as two separate twin beds if the bunk aspect is no longer needed. The price was superb. You can't find a study bunk bed in any color other than boring white, black, gray or pink. I bought this because it was colorful and fit a twin XL. Highly recommend.

Beautiful bunk bed. Was somewhat decent to put together. Seems very sturdy and is actually quiet when moving around on top bunk and latter. I only gave 3 stars because the box came damaged (I get it, it's heavy,) along with damaged parts which lined up with the box damage. My boyfriend was able to stagger the slats so it still worked out. Good value for the money. Just wish they shipping people would've handled it better.

This is perfect and arrived earlier than expected was able to put it together quickly with just a few steps with my husband helping me. My daughter wanted a play area for her bed and for her 1,000’s of teddy bears that I be been keeping in a bag in the closet. She loves her bed so much. My husband and I put this bunk bed together for the grandkids. Took us all of a Friday evening. We wanted to make sure we put it together correctly and safe. Then after a week I decided I wanted it in another room. It was easy to disassemble and put back together very quickly. The grandkids have climbed all over it. It is very strong and sturdy. Recommend. Fits great in a small room.
