The filter will not seat properly on the Fuji X100VI. It looks like there is an extra step in the lens thread pattern, so there is a gap (~1mm) when the filter is screwed on to the lens.

Recently acquired the x100vI and this was the top recommend squarehood works as intended I love the easy snap on and off feature and the uv filter to protect the lense from scratches and the Elements. Definitely worth it

    • Good UV filter, but the hood doesn’t work properly
The UV filter fits perfectly and allows you to keep using the original lens cap, which is definitely a plus. Overall, the build quality is solid, with good materials and finish. However, the main issue is with the hood: it doesn’t stay firmly attached, and when you remove the front cap, the entire piece comes off. This makes the hood pretty much useless, which is disappointing since it was the main reason I bought the kit.     • Lens hood does not fit at first
The media could not be loaded. I installed the lens protector which worked ok. When i tried to install the lens hood, it could not fit. There was no slot or groove for the lens hood to slide or screw into the filter. I eventually removed the lens filter then somehow was able to install the lens hood. I then installed to the lens of the x100vi. Now its ok ... show more

    • Nice ítem aesthetics but poor performance.
it is a very beautiful add on to the camera, but if the magnet for the lens hood is that weak it becomes an acccesory only for desk display use. The lens cap should also be magnetic the sealing gives none attachment and falls of with almost none force. Very messy and troublesome if you intend a street use. ... show more
