Two men were able to put this tent up. They put the top together on the ground first, covered with the canopy, then added the legs to lift. We created concrete tie down buckets with a large metal 22” long I-hook anchored in the center. Buckets were 80 lbs each. A lot cheaper than buying the weighted tie downs. The Tent: Definitely cooler temperature under the tent. The UV protection seemed to be accurate. The tent is NOT waterproof. More like water resistant. We had a surprise pop up thunderstorm roll in (joys of the Midwest) and the tent dripped water when it got soaked. But still better than the downpour. I have low scores for durability because it did not take much to bend the poles. The metal is not very thick or sturdy. The wind caught the tent and our tie buckets worked great! It remained standing. Two buckets fell over onto their sides on one end of the tent and the tent move a couple feet. Bent 4 poles on that same side. My husband seems to think we can straighten them but we have not had the chance yet to try. We were hoping we could find replacement poles instead. For the money, this tent is worth it. If you want the durability of the big event tents, then spend the $2-4K. Otherwise, this tent is really nice and comes with side panels. Others charge extra. ... show more

Really happy with this product, it was easy to assemble and great quality for the price. It took us 1 hour (4 people) to set it up. After a night of pouring rain the tent was in pristine condition:) nice shade and beautiful looking for any event;)

Bought this for my son’s wedding reception. Didn’t really expect too much, we just wanted a little shade and ambiance. I was really impressed by the ease of set up and quality of the materials, especially for the price! In addition to providing shade, it kept us dry when a light rain blew in late in the day. Definitely not a permanent structure, or designed for heavy use, but great for occasional get togethers when you want to add a classy touch. With proper care, this should last for years, although I can see where the fabric might not last that long, mainly because the white (at least) really shows the dirt, tree sap, bird poop, etc. I’m sure a professional cleaners could take care of it, or you can buy a replacement, but I’ve got a long way to go before I see any need for that. We have 2 pieces that were recieved slightly bent, making it hard to put together. We did manage to get it put together but with the 2 bent "elbow" connector pieces, the tent did sit completely flat on the ground at all the legs. We will have to go through the process of seeing how to replace these 2 pieces. I really don't want to send the whole tent back for 2 pieces. I had a lot of issues with quality control. To start one of the rods looked to be bent which made putting the rest of the tent together very difficult, and of course I didn't get the bent rod until I was almost complete. When I would joining the pieces the paint would flake/chip away from the friction. The sides did not have individual pieces but rather two large 3piece sections which is fine but I wish that was stated clearly. The media could not be loaded. This tent stayed warm with one heater for our winter wedding wish I had two it also was easy to set up and decorate. Absolutely love how thick the poles were. Love that the tent cover is not plastic but cloth like. Love zipper door closures. One draw back the side panels are 2 large 4 pane windows would have like to separate how I want but all in all great tent I’ve brought many and this did not disappoint. One other thing I hung chandeliers and tent is not center to the peaks there’s a pole smack down the middle creating it a non center walking area but we figured it out.     • Great product, not so great customer care

Received my tent and noticed there was a very small hole in the top canopy of the tent. I reached out to the company and it took over a month of them offering me tiny amounts of money, $20 then after back-and-forth emails they offered 30 and then after yet more back-and-forth they offered me 50, which I did not want cash. I wanted an undamaged tent because it is really a good looking tent. Finally, I just asked them to send me a free return-shipping label to send back the whole thing and then I would just buy a new one which prompted them to order the part, which was also not without complications with this seller. They stated that they didn’t have any in stock at the factory and they need to make a new one, but that there was a shortage of workers so it would take some time. I suggested that they take the top out of one of the tent sets that were in stock in the warehouse and send it to me, and they could put aside that set while they wait for the factory to replace the tent top. I stated I shouldn’t have to wait, because I paid for a new tent and that would be the right thing to do from a customer service standpoint. Many more emails went back-and-forth but finally they did send me a tent top from China, which ironically came very quickly. Overall, the tent is adorable, and very decent quality for the price, as long as it doesn’t have a hole in it. Because dealing with the seller, after the fact is not easy. ... show more

Tent leaks in several locations at the seams, we didn’t not expect it to be water tight but do expect to not get wet sitting in the center of the tent during a rain shower.
