After having it installed for over 2 months, I can say it is weather-tight and adds a lot of square feet to my home, not technically but it gets a lot of use. It did take about 2 weekends to build but in the end it was well worth the effort.

Was extremely impressed with the fabrication, the holes aligned almost perfectly for having as many pieces and screws as there are. There are some pieces that are extremely weak and will break under any amount of pressure when you're assembling, so just be careful. Other than that, it's great.And I would buy it again. This has been the worst purchase ever!! Instructions r awful 5 people working together to put up and should not b takin as long as it is. Instructions tell to do one thing then take apart to do another then to c things r put wrong. The screws r garbage and strip out easy. So pissed off would have never bought had I known a wish I could just return but not worth the hassle specially after the dam cost. Absolutely will NEVER buy anything like again! ... show more

Not good against strong winds it literally moved the frame and blew the door down 3 times, granted the wind gusts were like 25-30mph but still i was not too pleased. Ended up having to open all the doors so no more damage could be done. Only gives you 4 anchors for each corner, should honestly have be at least 7+. Is REALLY loud when it sprinkles/rains. It confused the hell out of me when I first heard it, I was like wtf is that noise? It literally sounded like a machine gun, lol. So yeah dog and cats don't like it, I'm going to try and put something on top to help with the noise. All in all I got what I paid for instrad of going for the REAL thing which would of cost probably 3-4x's more, so I can't complain too much. And it is nice with the privacy and blocking out the sun. But would I purchase again, unfortunately no. ... show more

Worst purchase on Amazon ever. If you buy this beware. We had pieces missing from the boxes and had to wait weeks for them to arrive. Customer service is no help. Contacted manufacturer, no help. Biggest waist of money. I still had to fabricate parts to finish it. * One positive, it doesn't leak.
