So far its exactly what I expected for the price. not super loud but it works to get you started. Im cheap so I wanted to buy a minimalist set up to start practicing and see how it goes. This fit the need perfectly.

This is a great little practice amp. On clean the sound is clear with no noticeable delay. The overdrive mode is a little ambitious. If you set the gain anything other than low it sounds pretty rough on overdrive, but at low gain it sounds reasonable and will work fine for practicing something heavy. The input plug feels smooth and solid. All the knobs feel smooth. The amp design looks great. The volume is enough. I had it at about 55% for what I would feel is a decent level for practice. There is one thing that I think would put this amp over the top though. If it were about 5mm thinner, it would fit perfectly into the storage area of a Gibson/Epiphone Les Paul case. Right now you could smash it in there, but it would add extra pressure to the padding and your guitar neck. Overall its a great little practice amp that you can take with you and encourage you to play more often and in more places. ... show more
