Another great Ernst organizer. I have ones for my combination wrenches, Metric and SAE, I have them for my Flare wrenches. They are pliable enough to get the wrenches out easily, but grippy enough that if I want to take the whole carrier mobile, they will not have the wrenches flying. I have this stubby wrench holder now and it works 10-19 on a Gearwrench set BTW, their Plier drawer organizers are good too I recommend this one w/o reservations ... show more

I can't stop buying these! Red for my Metric sets, and black for the SAE/Standards. Almost every wench set of mine is in one now. Made in USA Flexible plastic with little wrench gripping nubs inside to take them on the go Great for a travel box, or a cart that gets rolled around a lot. Also great if you have too many wrench sets in one drawer and you need to stack them all together while keeping the set's from breaking up. Yeah, some sets have wrenches that are too thin, or too fat to fit the holders perfectly, but my sets are running around 95% perfect fits so far. Some of the raised panel wrenches might give issues in certain sizes but even those worked great for me. If you move your wrenches around alot, these are the type of holders to get. Some reviewers commented about how the material is too soft. For me, it's perfect. It's tight enough to grip the wrenches without being so tight that I need two hands to take it out of the drawer. I can see however if you were trying to hang it on the wall, that the material may be too soft. But if you're planning on laying it down in a drawer, they are fantastic. The stubby version can hold regular wrenches too, I'd say up to a 15mm or so, but I wouldn't go any bigger than that. ... show more

I have a (nearly) full set of Hall wrench racks that I bought because they were metal and gorgeous. Unfortunately, Hall doesn't make a stubby wrench wrack and even their short wrench rack is too wide. I took a chance on this because the price was so low that I figured it wouldn't be much of a waste even if I hated it. Well, I really like it! I wish I could give it 4.5 stars because I think it's better than 4 (especially due to the price), it's just not quite a 5. ...Honestly if it was metal or had a little more weight to it (even if it was more $$), I'd give it 5 stars in a heartbeat. Ernst racks seem to be the most cost-effective way to store your wrenches. The concerns I had before purchasing this item all turned out to be unwarranted: --I hate plastic because it can be too brittle or too elastic, but these are just right. I dropped one of these, full of wrenches and it survived unscathed. It also doesn't bend or twist when it's loaded down with wrenches. --I was worried that these would grip my wrenches too hard, meaning I'd have to hold down the rack to pull the one I needed out without disturbing the others. The resistance required to lift one out doesn't disturb the others. It's actually *just* enough that I can pick up the rack with the handle and move it over to the vehicle (holding it vertically) if I want to. They don't fall out, but they aren't hard to remove. Some thought really went into the tension on these. In short, buy these for your stubby wrench storing needs. This is almost exactly what I was looking for. My concerns about the plastic "gripping" the wrenches too hard was ... show more

I just bought a set of craftsman stubby wrenches and I don't have much room left in my tool box so I needed a small holder for the wrenches. This worked perfectly they are small and I was able to cut to only have what I needed.

I really hope the manufacturer see this because the workmanship and textural quality is excellent. So are some of the added appointments like a foldable handle and a notch in the center of the handle for hanging. The problem (see pic) is wrenches 8mm to 1/2" (in my case) have barely any squeeze tension on them and are basically just setting there. If the set is tipped to the right or left they will slide quickly all the way over in that direction. (They WILL not fall out though because they are still locked in that way.)
