I ordered this chair because my other office chair was uncomfortable. This chair has all the bells and whistles, arm rests that tilt back out of the way, adjustable lumbar support, adjustable head rest, and a lever to adjust the height. It only took me about 30 min to put the chair together. The instructions were very clear and easy to read as well as pictures for guidance. There were some extra screws included in the packaging, thank goodness, I lost one screw under my washing machine while I was assembling said chair. The only thing I would suggest is in the directions for the casters, to push down while turning and the wheel will snap into place. I absoulutely love this chair and would reccommend it to anyone. This is one of the best chairs that I have ever bought. It took me around 15 min to put every thing together some people might take less or more, every part was sealed in a single packet, it has all the tools that you need for putting it together, and have some spare parts that I did not use. As a person who sits long hours in a chair, this chair really helps with posture and is comfortable. The whole thing was very nice to sit in, and it has a nice adjustable neck support and back support. I am really happy with the overall product due to its good quality, fast shipping, and comfort. Not only do they offer additional comfort and support for my arms, but they also allow for easy maneuverability. When I need more space or want to slide closer to my desk, I can simply flip them up and out of the way (see pictures). The assembly took almost an hour and I am fairly competent at assembling things. Given the number of components and the bolted connections that are made (19 bolts in total), perhaps this is about right. It is easiest if you have a work bench or large flat table to do the assembly on. A hex wrench is provided so no extra tools required. All the bolts are identified by a letter key and are conveniently separated on a card. Flat washers are provided for certain connections but I substituted larger diameter flat washer where I felt the bolt heads needed more bearing surface, i.e on the arm rest brackets. The parts seems sturdy and well made, things fit together well. The headrest is adjustable up and down over a small range , but not forward. As a person six feet tall, the head rest didn't provide any support, you really have to tilt your head back to rest your head on it in an very uncomfortable position. For me, the headrest was a feature that I found attractive about this chair, but it is essentially useless. The lumbar support is a nice feature and I can feel its support on my lower back. The open mesh back is comfortable but somewhat cool on my back on a winter's day, though it will be cooler in the summer. The armrests are not heavily padded, but are adequate for now. Hopefully the foam will not compress over time. The seat foam is cloth, rather than vinyl, and it is comfortable and provides good support. The armrests do fold back out of the way and, as I will play violin/guitar while sitting in the chair, the armrest when folded will not interfere with my arm movements. I feel a smaller framed person might be more comfortable in this chair than a larger framed person. ... show more
