I like this chair very much! It is very comfortable and looks very nice in my office. The black leather is shiny and soft. The back support is very good, and I can sit for many hours without feeling tired. The footrest is also a great feature when I want to relax. Love the office chair! The chair has thick paddings that provide great support, especially the back. Very sturdy and quiet. Plus, the premium leather quality, it is very comfortable to sit in. It has adjustable heights, many reclined positions, and with the foot rest, i found my self drifting off to sleep multiple times. so i got the glossy black finish and i'm thinking that it makes the chair looks a lil aged. a matte finish or another color would have been better. also slight wiggle at the arm rest has me waiting to see how long this will last buuuuuuuut for the money its soooooo comfortable, easy to install and soooo functional. so right now a sliiiight cosmetic complaint is all i have. another plus is the size of the seat itself ...these are bucket seat racer style gaming chairs. this is for gaming, home office work, or closing deals in your corner office. you get more than you pay for ... show more

I am 5' 9" tall. This chair does not raise up high enough for me to reach my standard-height desk. Putting this chair together was easy. It seems very sturdy and like it would last quite a while. When I pulled it up to my desk and saw how short it was on the highest setting, I was very disappointed. Still, I sat in it for a few minutes to see if I liked the chair and it would be worth investigating a taller mount. Within about 20 minutes I could feel how uncomfortable the chair is. So, if I can't use the chair because it's too low...and it's uncomfortable anyway...what's the point? I waited too long to put this together so i can't return. ... show more

The chair is comfortable and I enjoy it - but the initial base with wheels was broken but luckily I had a spare from a broken chair - I'm 179lbs and I couldn't see this chair holding up for long to be considered "Big and Tall" It creaks every time you move in it and the base that came with it broke immediately ... show more
