okay let me start off by saying i was pleasantly surprised. i work from home and am beyond picky. due to a previous surgery at my tailbone and recent lower back pain due to my last chair, i needed something new. this was the second chair i purchased to try and replace my old one, and it’s a keeper. (tried a kneeling chair and it just didn’t cut it). pros: comfortable. wide seat. functional (and adjustable) lumbar. flip up armrests. gas powered height adjustment. beautiful color. smooth fabric. quick build time (and 1-person build friendly). cons: the lumbar mesh is NEON green in person & doesn’t match lol. can’t lean back. no headrest. no footrest. a little tall for me (5’3”) but i can buy a footrest. overall this is a winner for me! i’m very happy and look forward to having this chair around awhile.

I pulled the chair out the box today and when I say I am beyond impressed, I mean I am BEYOND impressed! This chair was packed so well in its box. It was organized, neat and EVERY piece was wrapped for protection. I wish I had taken a picture of it in the box. The even send a small, organized tool and screw set with spare pieces just in case. The instructions were SUPER clear and the chair is so sturdy, heavy and well crafted. I say that as I am sitting in it. I LOVE this chair already. It's so soft and the green color OMG! Definitely feels like an executive chair with some modern flair. This was an amazing buy!

Assembly: I was able to assemble it myself in about 45 minutes. The back was a bit tricky to line up with the armrests, but had I had someone help me it would have been easier. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The bolts are neatly packaged and there is one spare for each included, which I did not have to use as all components were present. 5/5 for ease of assembly. Quality: The wheel base, gas lift, and seat plate are all metal and sturdy. The castors are easy to install, however, they are plastic and rattle somewhat. I also find it harder to roll around in than my previous office chair. The velvet material is soft and free of rips or staining. There are no loose threads in the stitching. The rock/tilt feature is smooth and quiet. The armrests are easy to adjust and stay put. in both positions. 3.5/5 for quality; I would give it a higher rating if the castors were higher quality. They can be removed easily so I may just replace them. It is quality for the price point! Comfort: The chair is supportive and comfortable and offers decent lumbar support. The high back is tall enough to rest my head on when leaning back. The seat is wide enough to sit cross-legged, especially with the adjustable armrests. The armrests could be a bit longer toward the back, but that is just my preference. 4.5/5 for comfort.

I have looked around, not really diligently, but been looking for a couple years to replace my 12-15 year old home office chair. It is kind of a risk ordering online for something you cannot try out before you purchase, but I took a chance. So glad I did. This is the most comfortable chair, for its stylish look, and for a reasonable price, that I have sat in over the past many, many years. Easy to assemble, maybe 20-30 minutes while being distracted few times in-between. Seems to be build solid and the lumbar is great. I am not sure how you rate your chairs but this one is a keeper. I have typically purchase black in the past, but went with the gray this time. Very happy that I did. Along with the silver metal this looks great in my home office. I would recommend this chair to anyone. Awesome!!

Big chair with lots of padding. Should comfortably accommodate bigger people well. Takes up some space, so make sure the measurements fit where you plan to put it. Not too hard to assemble but I did have to work around a hole alignment issue. Not many adjustment options; the arm rests are useless for me because they don't adjust horizontally. If sound matters to you, the chair does make quite a bit of noise when you move around. Pretty good value for what you get. However, next time I'll probably spend more to get something nicer with more adjustment options.

Got this yesterday. I love the color pink and wanted a pink chair to use at work. It is so comfortable. I love the lumbar support. It didn’t recline at first and I was disappointed but we found that we put that part on upside down. Once we changed that it reclined. Everything about this chair was perfect.

I’ve always gone with cheaper chairs but got to where I really needed better support with the time I spend sitting at my desk now. I love the lumbar support on my back. Not too firm but has a great shape to give me good posture and support. My last chair had no bottom padding. This was is firm yet so comfortable. I also love the arm rest that raise up so I can scoot very close to the desk without them hitting on preventing that. The color gray is wonderful.
