I really like this chair. It's comfortable and rolls easily. I ordered the off white, but it's more light taupe. I do like the color. My original order arrived with one hole for a screw misaligned. I sent pictures to the seller, and they promptly replaced the chair.

My son loves the chair and bottom line that’s all that matters but customer service was awful regarding the status of shipment and there was next to nothing for a response on status on tracking info. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift but he didn’t get it until Dec 28. Disappointed about that.

I purchased this chair to use in my home office as I sit for long periods of time and I've already had 1 back surgery and don't need another one. I placed my order on 10/1 after seeing the price was the lowest and the reviews were good. Delivery was estimated between 10/13-10/20 but I came home today 10/4 and it was already at my door. It took less than an hour but what took the most time was the star-base. The plastic insert was malformed but after I figured out I could removed and slide it on separately, the rest was easy-peasy. The wheels move smoothly, better than my old chair, and the chair adjusts easily - including the armrests which is a plus. I got the chair with the lumbar massage which is actually a separate pillow that came with 2 USB adaptors. ... show more

I wanted a white chair or off white chair for my desk area. However what I received was a khaki color chair. I kept it because it blends in with some other furniture pieces that I had however that is not the color that I wanted. The chair does it comfortable lower back lumbar is not the best. I like to sit more upright. This chair has a more laid back feel to it. I would just put a small pillow in that area and hopefully it'll be fine. But for the price I paid I shouldn't have to make any adjustments. And I think the armrest is defected because no matter how tight I tighten it the arm rest still wiggled. ... show more

I was disappointed in this purchase. The chair arrived late. The easy assembly was not easy at all. I got it all out together the ln sat on and said nope nope. You can feel the pole when I sat down. This chair said it could hold 400lb. I don’t think that is truthful. So I took it all apart and sent it back. ... show more
