I still believe this is an awesome chair if you're truly big and tall!*** I was nervous to order this chair because there were no current reviews, only old ones for a completely different chair, but OMG am I glad I did! It looks exactly like the photos and is so heavy duty. This will definitely last a long time and you can tell it's made for larger people with great padding and heavy duty wheels. It's perfect for big and tall people like myself and was easy to put together. I'm 5'11 and able to comfortably sit in it when it's lowered to the lowest position, but just barely, so if you have long legs, this will work better for you. I prefer it on the lowest because at the highest it's just too tall. I'm also able to sit with one leg under me, which is how I prefer to sit because of my spine being a little curved, and the arms don't get in the way at all, plus I can just raise them if I need to because they fold all the way up. Did I mention how wide the seat is? It's huge. My thick rear doesn't hang off the sides at all lol. If you're hesitant about buying this, trust me, just do it. I did A LOT of research on pricing, comfort and quality on more chairs than I care to admit to and I chose this one for a reason. I'm getting my boss one as well. He's about 6'4 and around 300lbs and I know he's going to love it too.

I was looking for a chair in my weight capacity, hopefully without breaking the bank. When I got this chair and started assembling it, one of the screw holes was clogged, as in the first photo. So I could not complete assembly because of this defect. I followed the Amazon return process, selecting replacement of a defective item. The replacement order was immediately cancelled without explanation. Perhaps it was because the seller had an invalid phone number they wanted me to call (still not fixed after they were notified). They were pretty communicative through Amazon chat though, and sent a replacement. Again, there were partially clogged screw holes. This time I was able to sufficiently clear the clogs and get the screws secure with a little WD40 (not part of the instructions). That is, except for the last hole in the chair-back, which would not screw all the way in. After following their directions carefully, the last screw hole was misaligned (2nd photo). The result was a chair that is usable, even with securing 3 out of 4 chair-back screws (3rd photo). Hindering installation further, the instruction manual had very important dark text on a dark background that was almost unreadable (4th photo). I have to give the seller a lot of credit for issuing a refund based on the repeat defects, even though I ended up with a chair that's usable, albeit with a likely shortened lifespan. Hopefully they fix that phone number issue, and even if they don't, you can expect great service via chat from this seller if it doesn't go smoothly for you.

The chair is comfortable, it's sturdy good quality. After using it for a little over a month I noticed it started to lean because the wheels on one side have started to bend. So I had to order some more Wheels. Chair would be perfect with the double casters.

No support on the bottom and too much in the middle back part. The reviewer that made this statement is totally true. The 3d lumber support seems to be something that was added to an existing chair. You almost fall off the front of the chair. Your arms will not fit on the armrest properly.. I have a good idea who wrote these 5 star reviews. okay so this is what I did to make this chair work. I removed the 3D lumber pad which is held in place by 4 strings going through 4 springs, Now I fit and the chair will rock ,also the armrest fit accordingly Too bad. I had hope
