The photo shows a foot attachment, but the last page of the instruction book lets you know it is not included; you have to purchase it extra. This also took more than a week past its scheduled date to deliver. It is coming from China. Also, the box it comes in says ER KANG Total Gym, not the label listed in the ad.

Very solid piece of equipment, easy to assemble although the pullys were on incorrect from factory. which was causing plastic to be grind a little. After I noticed I took Them apart and reinstalled them correct The photo I posted ya the correct position

Best value I've seen on Amazon for all-in-one gyms. Lean/Petite figure--5 day+ gym go'er. Takes 80 lbs extra on weight bar. A lot of other options do not have weights you can add or a foot plate at this price. I've been using this for a couple of months now and still LOVE without having to go to the gym during the pandemic! UPDATE: still love this. Great upper body workout and if you want to get a really good squat, put it up on the wall—shoe marks aside ;) it won’t let me update with video though…

Really solid product. Just disappointed that you can’t fold it and put it under a bed. Lol. The other similar gym item was sold out so I gave this a go. Pretty satisfy with it.

If you are a taller or larger person, I would not recommend this. I am 5ft 145 lbs. This workout contraption is a but wobbly and short in its extension. I bought this because I can add more weight as needed. That part is nice.

Was easy to assemble, easier than I thought. The directions are horrible mostly but you won't need them once you get started. There are 3 things to consider: 1. Look thru all assembly steps BEFORE you begin, some steps are out of sequence! 2. Be sure you identify and separate all parts. 3. Make sure you tighten but not over tighten everything. Also, you'll likely end up with some nuts and bolts left over which is fine.

Very sturdy and I like that it stands up easily znd that you can adjust height and also add weights. The photo section option doesn't seem to be functioning or I'd add one.
