The WORST instructions I've ever dealt with. 1. Parts are stickied with numbers. 2. Bolts, cables, etc are not labeled with numbers. 3. My first picture shows the description for items on the previous page. 4. The booklet is like a poor photo copy quality. I could have save 2+ hours to build just the frame with better labeled parts and instructions. Now I am to the cable assembly... I've put it off for 4 days. I'm dreading it. I build houses for 35 years, so I'm mechanicaly inclined. No doubt it is built well and should last. But figure 2 people to build it and 10- 15 hours for 20 -30 hours of labor time. ... show more

    • Perfect tricep pull down accessory
The tricep rope pull down is heavy duty but still able to work on my super small home gym as an added accessory. It was recently purchased but can definitely tell it will last a long time. It’s exactly the same kind used in my actual gym.
