I have been using this power cage and cable system for almost a month now every day. I am happy with the quality of the construction, especially for the price point. It is well designed and my only complaints are minor. It is very easy to put together and if you are experienced you can do it by yourself. Pros - cost versatility design well-made* (minus handles and paint) Cons handles that come with it are weak and the grips slide off (except the rope handles) paint is thin and scratches easily (would rust inside the tubes as well in a damp environment) safety and j-hook adjustments are spaced too far apart Overall I am happy with the purchase and like the utility bench that came with it as well.

Decided to go with this one over some competitors based on price. They appeared to be same quality and I am not disappointed. The customer service had been great with any questions I have and it was pretty simple to set up. Recommend for anyone looking for a multifunctional home gym product. Saves a lot of space without sacrificing the quality of the workout.

The media could not be loaded. We did a lot of research before purchasing the set. It came with the bench, which was a huge plus. My husband set it up himself in about three hours. We have been working out on this daily and I very very happy with it. There are so many options of workouts that we can do. We did buy a few pieces and still came way under what most gym sets would cost. My husband lifts heavy and feels like he gets just as good of a work out in. This is a great price point and made really well! 100% reccomend!

This is excellent for the money and you can really get a good workout in. The only issue I had was the screws had broke and was dumped all in the box. I found them all but took sometime .
