The unit cools a fairly large area on our enclosed patio. It is a little loud but not as bad as it could be. The drain system leaves a lot to be desired Good luck trying to get anyone from this company to call you back for customer service or operational questions.

    • UNRELIABLE unit
This portable a/c is unreliable after 20+ hours of use the compressor would shut down and the unit would blow warm air and it would not cool to set temp it started blowing the dedicated breaker. The heat side would do the same.

Liked that it is really cold. Did not like the connections to the hoses. They are flimsy and the supposed to be threaded into the fitting. It was a challenge to get it to fit. Instructions could be better thought out. No clarity on what to do with the second hose and where it supposed to go. It just says repeat. ... show more
