Installation was straight forward and relatively easy as long as you do the following: 1 Read and follow the setup instructions to the letter. 2 install all updates from the website.     • Epson or Amazon have not stood behind their product, Don't BUY!!!
Product was delivered on July 29th. I set it up a few days after that. It set up okay but the ink on the paper was very light when printing. We use the printer 2 time per week and used it for until the ink ran out a week or two. My wife followed the prompting to update the firmware and after that the printer would not acknowledge the ink cartridges and wouldn't print. I sent that ink back to amazon and ordered the EPSON label ink and installed it. After the print was so light we couldn't see but a line or two on the paper. Right at the end of August I asked for a refund or new printer. I was told that I was beyond the 30 return period. Basically to bad for me. Now I'm out $149 with a printer that will not print. How would you feel? There is NO reason I shouldn't be refunded and them take their faulty printer back. ... show more

Printer was easy to set up and easy to download program to computer. Just like everything else these days, it is all cheap plastic. Be cautious that you don't tug on anything too hard.

I would have much rather have been able to contact the seller to discuss this matter, but could not find that option. The only complaint I have about the product I received is that the ink cartridges had very little ink. I printed about 10-15 pages and was out of black ink. I cannot believe this is the normal volume on a new ink cartridge. If this could be resolved I would happily update my review. ... show more

    • Initially easy to connect, until the wifi connection was broken, and could never reconnect.
Initially connected with ease. Fairly fast and clear printing. My second Epson in 8 years. We will see how well this one hold up to light use. I avoided the well type printers as their use is relatively short due to the drying ink problems. 3weeks into ownership, and for unknown reason, the wifi connection between the printer and 2 of my PC's was lost and could never be reconnected. It uses ink like there is no tomorrow. Very difficult to change the ink and it constantly is printing the lines on the photo provided. I would never suggest anyone buy this printer.

    • So far so good, make sure you read instructions step by step.
I needed a basic printer, and was nice to have one that included a copier and scanner. I am not crazy about putting things together but found this to be very easy set up as long as you follow the instructions step by step, you should be good.
