Bought this printer for my house and now I am getting one for my office! It is easy to use, fast, quiet, ink is incredibly affordable and it prints thousands of copies before needing a refill!! It is for sure one of the best printers I have ever had and the tech that comes with it, like the epson print app is phenomenal! i can print on the go from anywhere I am so I have it at my office or home when I need it!!! ... show more

    • I will never buy Epson again
I will never buy a epson again. I had an ink pad needs services code cone up. Epsondont sell the replacements but you can buy after market parts and replace but epson will not give the code to clear out the error code. They say it cant be done unless you have the printer serviced by a accepted servicer. Even though its should be a very easy process for you to do yourself. Epson says it cant be done but it can. There are companies that will fix the code but you dont know if they are a reputable site. It would be so simple for epson to do it but they wont. They want you to pay to have it serviced or buy a new printer. It’s expensive to have it serviced and only costs $20 to replace the part but then you have to clear the code bit again the sotes may not be safe sites. So its all a money making scheme for Epson.     • I cannot overstate how much I hate this printer.
The screen is so tiny you need a magnifying glass. I've probably spent 12 hours in the past year crouched down and peering at it, running through endless tree menus to get where I need to be, somehow messing around with it because it's decided not to print after an update, or it's in need of yet another cleaning, or it doesn't like the ink I put in it, or the wireless connection has gone out and now i have to close down everything and start it up again. I'd estimate I use up three sheets of paper every time I want to print a page, due to one thing or another going wrong. I hate this thing so passionately I now google destruction videos of people smashing their printers to get my rage out. NO NO NO NO NO. ... show more
