The screen is so tiny you need a magnifying glass. I've probably spent 12 hours in the past year crouched down and peering at it, running through endless tree menus to get where I need to be, somehow messing around with it because it's decided not to print after an update, or it's in need of yet another cleaning, or it doesn't like the ink I put in it, or the wireless connection has gone out and now i have to close down everything and start it up again. I'd estimate I use up three sheets of paper every time I want to print a page, due to one thing or another going wrong. I hate this thing so passionately I now google destruction videos of people smashing their printers to get my rage out. NO NO NO NO NO. ... show more

After spending a couple of hours going throught the step by step installation procedure which included an extra 30 minutes downloading and installing updated firmware, everything was set. I thought! Print test page - paper loaded, sounded like it was printing, nope, no ink on paper! Retraced, reconnected, check on driver update, unplugged, restarted computer, . . . Another couple of hours. It simply won't print and it won't copy. No ink from the just-filled reservoirs has made it to the paper! I give up, it's going back! ... show more
