This jerky has saved me many times when I was traveling and needed a quick high protein snack. I keep one in my work bag at all times. It’s also an excellent jerky, not too salty, just the right amount of seasoning. Highly recommended!

It was delicious when I tried it in a Whole Foods grocery order. So I ordered this 3-pack from regular Amazon and yuck. It’s within its expiration date window but the first bad just tasted awful and totally off. The second bag is edible but soo much drier than the one in my grocery order. They’re clearly not storing this well in the warehouse. This item isn’t eligible for refund using the automated process so I’m leaving this review.

This product is very tasty and worth purchasing... but that really depends on what you receive. The Title Description and Product Description vary. One says 4 packages and another says 8. Flipping through the reviews, it seems that many others were also disappointed to find that they were also misled. If you choose 8 packets, you should receive 8 packets. Often the title description on Amazon does not commiserate with the options available when you click on an item. I want to say that EPIC does a stellar job at making interesting and unique protein options. I found their Bison Pemmican Bar a few years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed trying their other options. Amazon on the other hand has severely dropped the ball. Please look for EPIC products elsewhere as they deserve your business. I like the ingredients. I like the size of the pieces. I like the nutrition. The first few bites are better than the last few bites (strange aftertaste). Would buy again because the pros outweigh this one con.

I am always on the go, so an easy travel snack is important but I also want it to be good for me. A bag of the Wild Salmon bites are always in my car and have saved the day more than once when I am stuck without a chance to eat lunch. Delicious!
