I purchased this because of the reviews. I got hot and spicy and is is hot and spicy but not overly hot. Flavor is fantastic. Some pieces are soft and some are hard and chewy. I'm ok with that...it's jerky after all. My issue is it has alot of (cartilage/tendons/something) that I chew and chew and chew and it just never breaks down so I have to spit it out. If you like then bonus for you. I'm not into it. I'll consume this package but probably will not purchase again. Shame because as I said flavor is super good. ... show more

Was fantastic. A little spicy. Wish it was more spicy. Didnt taste the salt issue others have had but then again my doctor says I need more salt... so there's that. Great product and will order again once my pantry isnt filled.
