Very tasty and fresh. Not as chewy as other reviews reported. Could just be a variation in batches. I was not expecting it to be "SPICY". I've got a fairly strong pallet for spicy food and the heat in this jerky was definitely noticeable. The heat also faded quickly.

Best taste and NO added sugar. Why do they add sugar to everything. Thank you for making this jerky without added sugar. I like the flavor better than any other jerky I've had. And it's not chewy grissal either.
