My husband cannot get in bed and sleeps in this chair. He is getting so much better sleep. He can lay flat and the size is perfect. It is adjustable and can help him stand up. The base of the chair was heavy to get in the house, but it was somewhat easy to get together. It is very sturdy.

My first impression upon receiving the chair was that it was “big” and “sturdy.” This chair does take up a bit more space than a standard sofa, but in return, it offers an incredibly spacious seating experience. The seat cushions are made of faux leather, which feels smooth to the touch and is quite durable—unlike some low-quality leathers that tend to sag or peel after prolonged use. When my father sits in it, both his hips and back are well supported, and even after sitting all day, the cushions show no signs of sagging. The wide design provides plenty of room for him to sit cross-legged or drape a blanket over his legs. The dual-motor design delivers impressive power when adjusting the recline angle. Even when fully reclined, the motors operate quietly without that grating “buzzing” sound—a rare feature that ensures it won’t disturb the elderly user’s rest. Beyond its robust weight capacity and generous dimensions, the thoughtful details are equally impressive. The built-in cup holder is incredibly practical. My father enjoys drinking tea or warm water, and having his cup right beside him means he can reach it easily without worrying about spilling it on the coffee table. While the massage functions can’t replace a professional therapist, they are remarkably effective at relieving muscle fatigue—especially the vibration modes for the back and lower back. The heat and massage functions don’t work well. Not very powerful, weak. I still like the chair! Other than that it’s a good quality chair for the money. Cheap for a lift chair 👍

    • Excellent chair and unmatched service
This is a very comfortable chair with a soft covering, excellent padding and excellent functions. I am very happy that the footrest can easily handle my very heavy (lymphedema) legs. The chair assembled quickly and easily (takes two people, though!) and does everything I expected. I'm very happy with it. As impressed as I am with the chair, I am even more impressed with the service I received. Soon after receipt I noticed a minor problem: loose cable going into the control. I was able to fix it with glue, but for how long? I contacted Eonix and they were very polite, very responsive and completely cooperative. It is definitely not a recliner for people ovef 5’9” my ankles hang off , which was the #1 reason I purchased this chair… also I specifically asked rufus so frustration with amazon as well….. and the heat function doesn’t work at all …..other than those two issues it’s a nice chair

    • 350 lb weight capacity? or 400? great chair nonetheless
Not sure web description is accurate but great chair. It says 400 lbs but the manual says 350 weight capacity ...which is it? The manual that came with the chair had a page on attaching the anti tip legs but they were already attached (thanks!) The wiring page was covered with a sticker so you can't see how to wire it BUT it is pretty intiutive - red to red; white to white; black to black. There was one spare plug that I could not find where it plugged but the chair worked and we used the lift - the other plug fell down (on right side of back of chair) and plugged in perfectly. I put the chair together by myself and I only struggled with getting the side pillows on the back because of the amount of padding. Chair works well and helps my mobility challenged husband. It is a cream white oeather but it looks good.. update had chair about a month and hubby still loves it! ... show more
