This is a very comfortable chair with a soft covering, excellent padding and excellent functions. I am very happy that the footrest can easily handle my very heavy (lymphedema) legs. The chair assembled quickly and easily (takes two people, though!) and does everything I expected. I'm very happy with it. As impressed as I am with the chair, I am even more impressed with the service I received. Soon after receipt I noticed a minor problem: loose cable going into the control. I was able to fix it with glue, but for how long? I contacted Eonix and they were very polite, very responsive and completely cooperative. I purchased this chair due to hip replacement surgery. It arrived earlier then scheduled, in perfect condition. Included with the chair parts was a large, illustrated instruction manual. Putting the chair together was very straight forward. Page 9 of my manual was missing (covering electrical hook ups) but we eventually figured it out. The chair is faux leather and very handsome, sturdy and comfortable. All functions of the chair- massage, lumbar heat, charging ports, and independent movement of back and leg rests- worked fine. Not sure web description is accurate but great chair. It says 400 lbs but the manual says 350 weight capacity ...which is it? The manual that came with the chair had a page on attaching the anti tip legs but they were already attached (thanks!) The wiring page was covered with a sticker so you can't see how to wire it BUT it is pretty intiutive - red to red; white to white; black to black. There was one spare plug that I could not find where it plugged but the chair worked and we used the lift - the other plug fell down (on right side of back of chair) and plugged in perfectly. I put the chair together by myself and I only struggled with getting the side pillows on the back because of the amount of padding. Chair works well and helps my mobility challenged husband. It is a cream white oeather but it looks good.. update had chair about a month and hubby still loves it! ... show more

Before I ordered this chair, I looked at the reviews that were given. And one or two people said it was complicated to put together. So I went to YouTube and watched a video on how to assemble it and seemed pretty simple. The chair arrived in two boxes Together. I am 66 years old and was home alone and I assembled the chair in less than 30 minutes. Without any tools whatsoever. I am very impressed with the chair for the amount of money we spent on it. It seems super solid, I think it looks good, And I’m larger so it really fits me well. I would recommend this chair to anybody that doesn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a chair that has massager and heat. I also like the presets for the reclining. There’s a preset for sleep mode, TV mode, and also it has a separate motor for the Back and the legs which allows for customized comfort. I will say that the massagers are a little bit noisy but nothing that would interfere with watching tv or relaxing. I give it five stars. ... show more

It is a very sturdy chair. It was so easy to put together that I was able to do it myself. Very nice looking and my husband likes it a lot. I did need help bringing one of the boxes upstairs to our condo.
