Like any new machine it takes a but if a learning curve. For example, I embroidered like 8 different things before I realized I’d had it thread wrong. This of course caused it to continuously jam the bobbin, but that was merely user error and easy to fix. That being said, I purchased this hoping to make sweaters for my friends, and it is performing incredibly! It’s not much bigger than my regular sewing machine, which is nice. It’s super easy to thread and change the bobbin (once you follow the instructions correctly haha) and the bobbin filling is a breeze! It’s also really great that I can just set it to go, and read a book while it works. I will say one thing I wasn’t expecting was the need to purchase digitizing software to input my own designs. This took some researching to find one that would work. Inkscape and inkstitch are free and can be downloaded on both Mac and pc. You need both to just directly convert a photo. You will also need a file converter to make the image into an SVG file. I ended up using a program called embroideryware which is only available for PC, and takes a huge learning curve, but gives you a lot of control with your design and is the most affordable option I could find costing roughly $120. It also has great training videos in it that will help you understand how to use the software. Anyways, TLDR: machine is great, need digitizing software for importing your own designs.

My machine arrived 2 days earlier than originally planned. I was pretty worried about damage when I picked it up from the Post Office. There was a huge gouge in the outside shipping box. The machine it's self was packed well in it's own box but inside the outside box it had a good 6 inches of space to slam around in the box. There was only one small piece of brown packing paper for cushion. By the gouge in the side of the box and how it was packed. I am surprised it even worked when I got it home. But the packing inside the box with the machine kept it safe and even with the Styrofoam inside the box being broken up the machine was safe. I had an issue with one of the hoops and Poolin shipped out a replacement immediately. I have been able to spend some time testing it and am in absolute love with this machine. The customer service has been beyond amazing- as soon as my machine arrived a team was put together to answer questions and help with anything needed to master it they are just a message away. They have checked in to see how things are going and have sent videos on how to correct the minor issues I am having with perfecting my projects. BEST after sale service I have ever had on anything I have purchased! Super easy machine to set up, easy to navigate and was sewing with in just a few minutes out of the box. It came with several spools of thread, a thread rack and several other accessories. I have no doubt I am going to be able to master this with the help of customer service helping along the way. My picture is the very first test using colors. HIGHLY recommend!

I love this product because it is very new user friendly. There are tiny little things that I usually have to fix during its regular embroidery use. This machine is only 6 weeks old. Every time I use it, it has error messages. I followed up with support, which is only on Facebook. None of the resolutions worked. When they showed me the video, it was always showing a machine different from mine. The only problem is, I waited two weeks beyond the return date hoping to resolve the errors. Now I’m stuck with it. I don’t recommend to anyone!

Super fast response and they will make sure to guide you and tell you every step to fix any problem. They will also check on you after a couple of weeks to make sure everything is working properly. The media could not be loaded. The more I learn about different techniques, the more I love this EOC05!!! The only thing that I can gripe about is that it does not recognize the trim values... other than that... I highly recommend this machine for beginners!!!!! Also, ensure you use the correct size needles for your project and oil the machine so it does not shred your thread!!!!🤗🤗🤗🤗 Update: 10/24/2024 The machine does not remember the last stitch position if you have to remove the hoop. It is very frustrating and messes up the design. It also thread nest a ton. Looking for a new machine.
