This was worse than an Ikea build for a couple. After much frustration, tears, yelling, potential divorce we got this in. Instructions that came with were not very helpful but I will state I had zero experience but watched a ton of YouTube videos. My husband did, with regular toilets. 56 trips to home Depot to get attachments to work with our plumping and blood, sweat and tears it works. And oh boy, the water pressure shot right out. Had to adjust that down unless you wanted to flood the bathroom. But dang it's nice. So far no real issues I have noticed with functionality. Water pressure to flush was out of this world, but actual bidet pressure much lower which honestly was a relief with a bad experience of a bidet attachment we had before.

Just had it installed today, So far it seems to be an excellent product. All the functions work well. I had it installed professionally but be aware that is a European set up so it def needs extra parts. Installation was difficult, it took much time and effort. But bottom line when all is done I’m very pleased with the look and functions. Be aware that warranty works only if you get it installed by a licensed professional.

I gave it one star since 0 star is not allowed but they don't deserve even 1 star! I have been in communication with Anzzi's customer service since April 27th (almost a month) explaining that my building water pressure doesn't work with the tankless Anzzi toilet and I have not been able to use it or install it. It has been sitting in its original box waiting for Anzzi to accommodate the return process! Amazon has been in communication with Anzzi as well requesting for them to send a prepaid shipping label so I could send the item back but Anzzi has not been responsive! Be aware of awful customer service and Anzzi not cooperating with Amazon or the customer!!

I purchased this toilet and in about 6-7 months, the hose connecting to the water supply broke down and started leaking. I had to replace it with a hose that wasn't exactly the same size because it was all I could find in a pinch at Home Depot. I called the company well within the warranty time and they asked me to send photos, so I did...then they just wrote back and said "The ones we do have are old and fragile from sitting too long so we have to throw them out." no replacement, no suggestion, no concession or offering to pay if I find another hose (who knows if I will) - I asked "is this all you're going to do?" and they just never answered. Paid $1,500 for a toilet with no company support. Would not use this company again.
