This cabinet is roomy & has a nice durable finish. The assembly instructions are clear & easy to follow, but some of the instructions & diagrams could be bigger. I had a very difficult time putting on the top. It did not seem to fit right. The handles are bright gold plastic I think. I will replace them. It took less than 3 hours doing it myself, but a lot of that time was trying to put on the top. The packaging was top notch- could not have been better. Everything was very well protected. All the parts were clearly labeled. I took off 1 star for the top difficulty. It arrived 1 day sooner than expected. ... show more

My husband did not have any trouble putting it together and said using a battery powered screwdriver really helped. The doors do not line up and the teeny tiny magnets that are supposed to hold the doors shut are significantly inadequate. We live in a townhouse so built in storage is not something we have an abundance of. Previously, I had re-purposed a Besta shelf from IKEA but was getting annoyed with the doors and just the massive size of it. It was so deep that it felt like it took up half the already small walkway we have. This thing probably took me an hour or so to build and I did it alone. The shelves didn't slide out and hit my husband on the head and I didn't need toddler fingers to screw in the screws. I did use a screw gun because 1.) Ain't nobody got time to spin a screw driver 2.) I have arthritis and 3.) Why do things the hard way. The one door is a bit wonky but honestly the other one will probably get wonky with how graceful my kids are at opening and closing things. My Ninja cooker (old school like circa 2013) fit perfectly on the bottom shelf with my hot pot and mini rice cooker. I was able to put all the snacks and quick meals in here, which opened up some space in my cabinets so I no longer needed 2 bread boxes for our carboholic family. Now I just store the Buns and bagels in the cabinet above the bread box. I also love that I, a 5 foot even girl, can reach the things I have stored on top. Can't reach the top of the fridge, but I can reach the top of this. We have our extra lunch boxes and canned goods that we are donating stored up there. I wasn't sure how I was going to like this but I'm in love. Once I got it set up, my husband commented on how that area felt more open. We even commented how it felt like more sunlight could get thru. ... show more
