This printer is a complete NIGHTMARE! This printer software has a Trojan virus that requires you to bypass your computer virus protection inorder for it to work. As you already know that is a severe security risk. The printer would not print properly, I contacted the seller multiple times on Amazon and they wanted my phone number so that they can add me to a whatsapp group for help with the printer. Once I was in the whatsapp group all they kept asking me was to download a remote control software to my computer so that they can so called "Help" me. I advised them that I was extremely uncomfortable downloading anything to my computer especially since the printer software already shows that it had a virus. Once I told them that I cannot allow them to remotely control my computer they were no longer interested in helping. I requested a return on Amazon and was informed that I have to pay for the shipping cost for the return. This is an absolute scam which I believe is an attempt to get customers to grant access to their computers so that they can spy or steal information from your computer. ... show more

Support is in China ane very hard to get a hold of. The issues I had at the beginning I had to troubleshoot myself and they were not very helpful. After I got the machine to work it's been working but I am afraid if something goes wrong I have nobody to contact. Doesn't come with a manual or explanations of anything and there is nothing online to help. Software that it comes with is pirated hence why it's detected as a virus and it never worked. I wish I could get my money back and would have purchased somewhere else. ... show more

I can’t not get the software to download on to my computer at all! There’s no videos to watch on how to do so, you can’t find anything on this product. I really wish I wouldn’t of bought this one! You also can’t find ANYONE to contact to get help with it!
