Fits a regular king good. Maybe a little but too big for our mattress. 1.5 or so inches at end of bed between where mattress ends and frame ends. Good price. Wasn't too difficult with 2 people to set up. It's pretty sturdy so far. Handles children jumping on the bed just fine. The drawers are a little flimsy but some well placed screws or shallow staples will sort that out. Don't use them enough to complain. Bed is on carpet and the drawers pull out fine. Hard to get used to not having any overhang of the bed though. Kept bumping my feet into the base when getting into it the first couple weeks.
