I love almost everything about my M20. I did add a 'dirt bike' style seat over the stock seat to raise it several inches (I'm 6' tall), this is better for pedaling and still allows me to get a foot down on the ground easily. My one big issues is the pedal assist speeds- they start too high. P1: 15mph, P2: 17.5mph, P3: 21mph, P4: 24mph, P5: 26mph. So on P1, if you start pedaling, the motor rapidly takes you to 14mph, same with the throttle, it is very difficult to, for example, try to go 10mph (which is the speed limit in my HOA and many campgrounds). Also, off road and on sand, going slower than 14mph is often best. And the throttle only works if you have selected at least pedal assist 1 but if you turn the pedals at all, motor kicks you to 14mph immediately. ... show more

Since the moment I unboxed the bike I experienced problems. The disc on the front brake was bent, causing it to squeak and this is not just a packaging thing as all the people I know who have bought this bike also had their front disc brake bent. After riding it for about two weeks the peddle assist broke and still does not work. Also, the speedometer occasionally stops working. I have also noticed that the bike will randomly throttle on its own without any input from me. This is extremely dangerous and can pose a serious risk to me. ... show more

I HAVE TO ADD THE TIRES ARE THINNER THAN SILK HAD TO BUY REAL RUBBER TIRES slowd down a little bit but no more flat Over all bike is AWESOME people say the brakes are noisy that is true but on a vehicle going 25 the brakes make nosie you just don't hear it on a very smooth riding ebike that is very quiet your going to hear some brake noise if you stop hearing it then worry . Also these tires are so thin I got a flat from a thumb tac 70 bucks to fix or you buy real tires the tires could have been a little better come on . It's good and bad half and half the seat could use some help too ... show more
