I have been interested in E-bikes for quite a while, but didn't know enough about them, therefore didn't want to spend the money since the bike I've been riding for the past 22 years still works. After reading various reviews on many different E-bikes, I decided to pick up a pair of L-20 2.0 Engwe bikes.... 1 pink and 1 black, and I'm glad I did! They were very easy to assemble (it's already mostly assembled). This bike has many features..... Headlight, tail light, 5 levels, 7 speeds, color screen, front fork and seat suspension for a softer ride, a nice seat, heavy duty kickstand. The seat is surprisingly comfortable for a stock seat, and the brakes work very well, even though they aren't hydraulic brakes. I would recommend these bikes to anyone interested in E-bikes and don't want to break the bank. For the price, these bikes are the best value for the money. I have been riding my bike to work every day the weather is cooperative and it is a comfortable and enjoyable ride.

I looked at a lot of bikes and read reviews before I finally chose the Engwe L20 2.0 fat tire folding bikes. Arrived a day early and couldnโt wait to put it together and ride. They were packaged great and no damage or scratches. They were very easy to finish putting together. It took about 15-20 minutes for each bike. I plugged in the chargers and waited about 3 hrs for the charging light to turn green and was ready to go, it took a little time to find the on button, set to setting 1 and gave a little twist and wow! Amazing power and acceleration, I am super thrilled with the purchase and quality. Great bikes for the money! They are great to take camping and put around. Easy to fold and lock back into position, comfortable padded seat, nice rack on the back, recommend purchasing the handy saddle bag to put on the rack.

The bike is really nice!! and definitely lives up to its speed the only thing is the battery life doesnโt seem that long but charges super fast and my biggest problem is that it is super heavy in the picture the bike I say from others it looked light and smaller but for someone that is 5โ2 like me the handles go up to my chest and sitting on it my feet dangle short people be careful I have to cut the seat down a bit so I can sit and I donโt fold it unless Iโm not planning on riding it overall very fun to ride. Also, it is a little noisy and the tires you may have to fully deflate to make sure it blows evenly around rim. You will see what I mean if you get one and brake make a small noise when you ride but you may need a little oil and you have to ride it to break it in everything else I love wish it was a little bit smaller though. But color and appearance gorgeous.

Idk if its the bike or my dog but im obsessed!!!! Im 5โ11โ and this bike is perfect! I did upgrade and got the Tannus Armour inserts for my wheels cause I got a pinch flat the first week I got it. I never worry about flats again. I can go almost a week without charging it if I use it daily. I do not commute I just ride around town for fun. I never get scared I will not have battery because its long lasting even when you cruise on full electric. Also ride with no assistance and its not that bad, prob cause I come from beach cruisers so thats a plus. The one con I have is that the folding/unfolding is hard cause shes a hefty girl, I need help so I just never fold her๐ฉ. Other than that Wanda is amazing, thats what I've named her. Oh yea they included a free bag which is so handy, oh and sheโs a STEAL for the price, definitely recommend it!

Verry happy with the product but had a few issues with the delivery. The first bike arrived early but was missing the front rack. Texted ENGWE and they sent the rack for free. The second bike arrived on the delivery date, but the package was quire beat up. After opening there were 2 significant chips in the step-through frame (to the metal deep, would rust for sure) and the back rack had gotten bent, so the mounting hole didn't align. Had to remove rack and straighten to get to fit. Also, had to paint over the chipped frame to prevent from rusting. Other than that, the bikes are performing quite well. Lots of torque and great battery life (60+ miles on my first full charge riding between 2 & 3 speed with peddling). The stock seat got uncomfortable after a couple hours of riding, so I got a replacement (still evaluating). My wife says her seat is okay but may opt for a replacement once I'm done trialing the replacement. We haven't folded up the bikes yet but a friend, with the same bike, said it wasn't that simple. Still, time will tell. The ride, once I got the handlebar and seat positions optimized it's a good ride for the investment. ENGWE's customer service is good too!

I've had it a few months and so far I love it. I keep it parked under a shed, and it stays dry most of the time, and is still doing very well despite the Florida humidity. It is fast (30mph!)! I can easily step through it, and a standard basket fits the front and back, so I can haul all my stuff. Some small issues: the kickstand bolts keep wiggling loose. I wish the pedal assist would kick in quicker; it has a 2-second delay, which I haven't figured out how to change. I could change it in the advanced settings on my old bike. I also have a slight issue locking it to a bike rack, but that is minor. I haven't tried folding it into a car yet, but otherwise it is a real fun and fast way to get to work. I also haven't tested to see the range but it does get me where I need to so far.

Nice bike for a decent price. I already own a E bike from a different manufacturer so I picked this bike up for my wife. The instructions were a little rough but fairly easy to put together. I purchased one of these bikes a couple weeks ago and after assembly it I couldnโt get the power to turn on. I ended up spending it back. I purchased another bike just a different color. Upon taking the new bike out of the box I noticed where the key gets inserted it needs to be turned on and the key stays locked in. I really didnโt notice it saying anything about this subject on the other bike. The new bike works great so far and Iโm really satisfied. I bought a long key chain so in case the key would fall out I wouldnโt lose it.

We bought the pair of 20" fat tire bikes just over a month ago. In that time, I've put about 70 miles on mine. Bikes were a bit difficult to put together. The first took about 3.5 hours and the 2nd took about 2 hours due to learning from the 1st. There were some difficulties with one of the bikes but seller offered prompt support. Replacement parts and small refund were promptly offered. I'm big on customer support so, even though there were problems, I think a 5 star review is still warranted. I test drove quite a few e-bikes before making this online purchase. These aren't as comfortable as some of the other bikes I tested but they are far cheaper. With the savings, I upgraded to a larger, padded, seat and that helped immensely. I'm a big guy and these bikes have no problem pulling me up a hill or keeping their charge. With pedal assist, I can bike over 10 miles and still have over half a charge left on the battery. If using pure power without pedaling, the battery drains much quicker, of course. The electronics are straight-forward and easy to read. The physical gears are largely unnecessary, in my opinion. The electric gears for power assist took about 2 days to fully master. Since that time, they work great and allow for 20 m.p.h travel with very little effort. For the price, I'm very happy with the level of comfort, power, and customer support. If you are looking for a midrange price on a solid e-bike, I think you will be happy with this purchase. Just remember, these bikes are a bit larger and heavier than they appear in the picture, so I wouldn't recommend for smaller-framed folks or anyone under 5'2" as the bike might overwhelm you.
