What a wonderful tool! I didn't know I needed this until I saw the item on Amazon, and then knew exactly what I was going to use it for. A couple of years ago I lost a center punch tool behind our large bookcase. The gap between the bookcase and the wall was too narrow for anything I had, and the lost tool was about 5' in from the edge. The bookcase was filled with books and anchored to the wall, so I figured the tool was permanently lost. When I saw this, I thought maybe if I could actually see what I was doing, i could snag the lost tool and drag it back. It plugged into the USB-C connector on my iPhone 16 (though it also comes with adaptors for all other phones), and installed the free app for it from the App Store. It worked immediately, no special pairing needed. I could easily find the lost tool, and just had to drag it out. I first tried the magnet adaptor, but couldn't get the right angle, or maybe the center punch was too heavy for the magnet's pull. Next I tried the hook adaptor. It took me about 3 minutes of adjusting the angle, and then was able to slowly pull it out with the camera. I could also have taken a photo or video of what I was seeing, but was too excited that it was working that I forgot. I did take a selfie, ,though! Pointing the end of the endoscope at my phone, you can see a picture of a picture of a picture... This may not be something you need all the time, but when you do need it, I don't know of another tool that can do what it does. Strong recommendation!

I bought this endoscope camera to inspect the plumbing in my home, and it has been very helpful for locating clogs and checking pipe conditions. A few days ago, I used it to examine the kitchen sink drain, which had been draining slowly. The camera easily slid down the pipe, and the adjustable LED lights illuminated the interior clearly. I could see a buildup of grease and food residue causing partial blockage. Capturing a short video allowed me to reference the exact spot for cleaning without guessing or dismantling more of the pipes than necessary. I also used the camera to check a bathroom shower drain after noticing a foul odor. Navigating through the semi-rigid cable was smooth, and the waterproof design allowed me to inspect areas where water was still present. I could see hair and soap buildup lodged inside the pipe, and the 360° rotating lens helped me identify the corners where debris was trapped. This made the cleaning process more targeted and effective. The image quality of the 1920P HD camera is sharp, showing small details like rust spots or minor cracks. It allowed me to monitor pipe health and plan maintenance before serious issues developed. The camera connects easily to my Android phone, and the app’s interface made it simple to record videos and snapshots for later review. Using this camera has made home plumbing checks much less stressful. I enjoy the precision it provides and the confidence it gives when inspecting tight spaces. Being able to see exactly what’s inside pipes or drains makes the cleaning process faster and more informed. I am very happy with this purchase and pleased with how much it helps with home maintenance tasks.

Wow, this thing was worth every penny of the $19.99. I was able to see down into my ear, the back of my throat & under the couch. Took about 30 seconds to download the app & then it was just plug and play. I didn't even get a chance to use the mirror, magnet or hook attachment. But how convenient to have those screw on attachments! It's hard to imagine there are 16 1/2 feet of rigid wire in the coil it comes placed into, but I guess it's possible. It's a nice stiff bendable plastic coated wire. Very easy to angle how you need it. I can't wait to use this for practical occasions, but for now I have had a lot of fun with it. The little lights could be a little brighter (adjusted them to fully bright and it was still a little dim), and you'd probably get a better picture, but for such a low price, I wasn't even expecting this good of quality. I'm looking forward to using it to spy on critters down in holes, inside walls to find wiring, studs etc & to see if/where mouse nests are; examine drains, chimney flue; look in between tight rocks/boulders to see if there are worthy gem digging spots & more. Really this thing is gonna come in so handy! And it's fun to boot. I think my only complaint is that the app doesn't let you save the pictures to your phone photos program, at least with my iPhone 13. Other than that I would definitely recommend this and would even consider giving it as a gift. I know I would love to have received it as a gift.

I love this thing. Such a handy tool for looking anywhere that is difficult to get access to, like inside walls, in back corners of the overcrowded shed or closet, in the engine, even inside the fuel tank! Attaches to and is powered by your mobile phone. Has a couple of different connection options, including USB-C, mini, and the iPhone charger. Very long cable, adjustable light, ability to take photos from the phone or from a switch on the cable, including video. Also has a few other attachments that screw right onto the camera end, such as a magnet (I guess to retrieve a dropped bolt down inside a tight corner or something?) and side mirror. So cool! And for only $20, are you kidding me?! Awesome. So useful. It does require that you download an app. It is free in the App store. The app does not have the best reviews, but I didn't have any issues with it whatsoever. I downloaded it and plugged the endoscope into my phone and immediately my phone was showing a running livestream of whatever the endoscope was looking at. This will be on my list of go to Christmas gifts for sure.
