No add ons necessary
The product is great. But don't fall for the "others who purchased this typically purchase..." No additional fire glass is necessary, they give you plenty. You also don't need to purchase a cover, it comes with one (although I don't believe this was mentioned in the description)

I love my new fire top table
This unit was quite easy to put together. It's light weight, easy to move around. the top surface was more of a grey/light black color. caught me by surprise at first, but now I love it. It looks fabulous with the black glass rock. The first pic is set to low and the 2nd gas is set to medium. We sat around the table for a couple of hours on a cold night and I was quite warmed by it.
