The order shipped promptly. There was a problem, the main door had a small dent in it. The number given for customer service was perfect. The person was very nice and immediately shipped a new door panel, after I emailed them a picture of the issue. It came very quickly. The unit works fantastic. It is nice to know that I was a valued customer and they took care of the issue quickly and without the usual attitude that you get from customer service people these days. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I bought this as a gift to my boyfriend. He loved it. So far it has worked perfectly, we used it a few times. I did stain the wood before putting it outside since some people complained that the paint flaked off after being outside. I also bought a shield glass to keep the wind from turning off the flame.

while I do love the look of this fireplace... I ordered this mid summer 2024. It was beautiful. But after a month of use on my deck... I noticed a small crack in the top. I keep it covered when not in use to avoid fading of the flag image on the top. When fall rolled around, I closed the deck for the season and covered the fire table. When I uncovered it, I noticed 3 additional cracks. This was too expensive to only last one summer. I would not recommend purchasing this. I will still use it... but the cracks are very visible and without any exact match touch up paints... I can't even try to fill them with an epoxy or something. My beautiful table now looks cheap and years old - instead of 1 year old

I purchased this gorgeous American flag pit table and it was delivered Sept 19. After about 2 weeks or so I put it together and used it 1 time and covered it. When I took the cover off it had small cracks. I contacted Amazon for a replacement, Oct 19th, but they wanted me to send it back in its original packaging which I no long had. I left it alone. Which now I know I shouldn’t have. Today, I took the cover off to use it- and the cracks got worse, even lifted. I contacted the seller and amazon for replacement since it now has gotten worse. And the will not refund or replace.

What I liked was that it was pretty easy to assemble. What I didn’t like was that although packaged pretty well, one corner was damaged by the packer or the assembler. It should not have passed inspection in my eyes. Quality control should have rejected it. I did have to try and camouflage it. The other thing is that there is no glass protector around the fire so if you have small children please be careful! To be fair, the glass was not offered so that was my fault for not researching that a little more.
