This is a nice high-quality agility training set. I got this to expand our collection of training items that we use to create family obstacle courses, and it has been a great addition. The set comes packed compactly in a nice sturdy carry bag. The jump obstacles and small cones are plastic, so they are fairly lightweight but still reasonable sturdy. The agility ladder is awesome - I have another similar ladder which is much harder to use (the rungs slide up and down and the sides get tangled easily) and this one is WAY better since the rungs are permanently connected to the side fabric. The set also comes with a sprinting parachute and a jumprope. The jumprope is a really nice quality rubber rope with comfortable grip handles, though it is a bit longer than the average jumprope. I did find the extra length made solo jumping a little tricky but it was perfect for partner jumping. Overall very happy with this set.

Authentic review incoming! I hope it's helpful. My son wanted to level up in football so I got this to help him with agility drills. We haven't been able to use the running parachute yet because it's a bajillion degrees below zero here, but honestly, I'm excited to use it myself when it warms up a bit. The cones are basic, as expected, as is the jump rope. The hurdles are great — my kids immediately turned them into an obstacle course! They're a good height to create a challenge without being too advanced. The real winner here is the agility ladder. It's sooooooo long and the perfect size so that everyone in my family can use it. It's really well-made and we'll be using it both indoors and outdoors with confidence. These things are no joke; I'm an ultramarathoner, but one pass of fast feet on this thing and I am WINDED. Sure, the price is a little steep on this but it's totally one of those things where I think "I could probably make a version of this on my own at home" and not only do I never get around to it, but it would be nowhere near as usable as this version. Recommended!

I got this for my sons to train with for soccer and general conditioning. It’s amazing how much comes in the set for the price and the decent quality as well. Sure it’s not professional quality but for something to throw out in the yard and get the kids moving, it’s worth it in my book. My youngest was super hyped when I pulled out the parachute. I think his exact words were “Legit!” Everything fits in the included bag as long as you pay attention to how it was in there when you first get it. Make sure the hurdles are folded well and pack them close together. They are the bulkiest things in the set. Due to cold and rainy weather we haven’t been able to set it all up and really put it to good use yet but I’m looking forward to breaking it out soon with Spring soccer starting up in a month or so. If any quality issues arise I will post an update to this review.

This makes a good starter kit for those needing agility training equipment. We took these out to the park to run some drills and they held up pretty well. The cones are very light and can be knocked around very easily especially if your trainees are not very coordinated or if it’s a windy day out. The jump rope is decent as it’s made with a steel cord and is adjustable. I wouldn’t say that it’s a high quality speed rope, but it is good as an extra spare or for beginners new to jumping rope. Be careful when packing up your agility ladder as it can easily get tangled.

There is a good amount of product in this training kit. I'm especially enjoying the agility ladder and have used it several times. I'm using it indoors for now, but plan on bringing it outside to do more this spring. The ability to adjust the little hurdles is great. I like that you can have multiple activities going on at once and set up to make quick workout transitions. The small cones are great too, and having them be lower profile allows you to use them more safely for hopping-style drills, which is a plus. I'm not sure how much use I will get out of the parachute, but I can see kids loving this feature. Compared to other agility training equipment I've seen, the price is in the middle toward the top. However, I am enjoying using this set so far and appreciate the bag it comes in to keep everything put together!

My kids love this. I'd have taken a picture of the parachute and jump rope but the kids were currently using it. The hurdles are made of a poly pipe and the feet can be reversed for two different heights. The 20 foot agility ladder is the same type my kids use at Tae Kwon Do class with nylon straps that can be secured with the 4 provided metal stakes. The rungs are also made of a poly material that flexes and sturdy but not brittle. The 12 cones are about 2 inches high and molded of a thin plastic. The jump rope had nice cushioned helps and the rope is a thin plastic super flexible tubing that is less than 1/4 inch in diameter. It's pretty long though. I'm 5'10" and it was too long for me without gripping up some of the slack. It comes with a thin but nice top zippered vinyl bag with handles. It doesn't really need to be a heavy bag though because everything in this kit is light weight. I do recommend this for kids for indoor and outdoor use. I hope your find this review helpful.

I wanted some hurdles and jump rope to start doing some plyometrics in my work outs. I liked the build quality of the hurdles. I also use the jump rope that comes with it a lot. I thought it looked at small but when I was using it, it was perfect. The cones are pretty standard. I already had a ladder but this one is just as good as the one I got. I definitely like that it comes together as a set. And it all fits in a nice little case, granted it's on the thinner side but works well and is ventilated. This is a great set for someone looking to do plyo and speedy footwork training.
