I got this for my daughter (10years old) to use for track and field training. I mainly purchased it for the resistance parachute so the agility ladder was an added bonus. Bought this for my son to train for soccer. This set includes everything that is required by him and what his soccer coach recommended. The plastic is soft so while dribbling if you accidently step on the cone, it wont break which is a good thing. Pouch comes in handy when you want to place it safe after the training. ... show more
