After 3 days of training, I noticed a significant improvement in the quality of my volleys. In fact, I was told that I had amazing reflexes by one of the opponents. I bought this product about a month ago. In that month I would say this product is amazing and should be bought I have noticed drastic improvement in cardio along with reaction time. However DO NOT BUY THIS! THIS PRODUCT IS DANGEROUS. For the first ball, black ball this is and the next step up are foam balls but they have this plastic hole protector that has a terrible or cheap amount of adhesive so one or two good punches, this plastic piece will fall out then when you put back in to the ball it will start destroying the ball. Honestly that’s not the worst part, the worst is when you build up enough endurance and strength, which should be relatively quick if you use this product daily for 30 min a day. Once the endurance and strength is built up you will find that the harder balls (tennis and the red slightly harder than a tennis ball) are not too bad and easy to use, the only issue is when you start getting into a Rhythm and start applying power the tennis ball will snap, this will result in the string flying back (no time to react) and will hit you in the face or eye. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS! the product quality is poor which is why I would not recommend this product but one similar with better quality. *UPDATE: the balls are falling apart and the seller is making it right. Once I receive the replacement I will update review ... show more

I bought this for a few reasons. I wanted something to get my brain fired up and focused before a work session. I wanted something for my kiddo who can get really wound up to help with focus as well as hand-eye coordination. It meets all those needs. I love that there are several weighted balls as well.     • Simple joy of ball and string
Looked like fun and did not disappoint, once I got the hang of it. The heaviest ball seemed easiest, its slower, the string affects it less and does not spring off the knuckle like the foam. Just be careful with the jewels, its dense enough to hurt sensitive parts. Just hope it holds out because the string at the ball end is held by roughly a square millimeter thick bit of plastic, though a good size knot may do as well. I paid $25 or so for what is probably 25cent worth of elastic and balls, you can probably make better at home, the parts are cheap but you get different ball weights and elastic to try and plenty of spare parts; 8 elastic string, (2 for each ball), 4 balls of different weight, there is foam, tennis and solid rubber, 4 carabiners, a head band and a nylon sack. I've never used the left side of my upper body for anything other than holding things like a steering wheel, so I got this just to have a fun way to build some coordination and it's working better than I thought, pure joy. lol I suck at this thing even though I’m decent at boxing, I can do every trick on speed bag and other boxing accessories but I can barely keep yo with the beginner level on this

    • Challenging and fun
We purchased as a family gift to play with over the holidays with extended family. Many tried it and found it hard but got better the more they used it. Once people got the hang of it it was always in use. It's challenging, fun and rewarding.

    • Too small for my head
I've long since accepted that I have an abnormally large head (that's what she said) even without my hair, so there's a lot of things I can't fit; can't fit the biggest motorcycle helmets, can't wear hoods, can't wear snap back hats even on the last snap, can't wear my oculus elite head strap. This device unfortunately isn't any different, why couldn't it have had an extra 3 inches. Who ever you are, I'm sure you won't run into this is; me, I'm just relaying my experience ... show more
