This is a simple way to have fun & be active without having to go anywhere or do a lot. This is a great product for your kids & adults. I love that there's different weighted ball options for people with different preferences. There is an app that helps keep track of your hits which I've noticed can sometimes miss some of the counts if your hit isn't loud enough for it to pick up or if there's too much background noise. You don't even need to use the app if you dont want to. You can just train & have fun with it. If you catch a sale, snatch this up because it is entertaining.

I’m in my 60s and I’ve had a number of various Reflex Balls over the years but this is the only one I would recommend and give a four stars to. It receives a four and not a five because of the headband not being softer and more absorbing of sweat. Design of The different ball weights and various hardness of balls are great . Boxing enthusiast will enjoy this set it’s a great low impact workout and it’s at a good price.

Works just as intended. You don’t have to cut the string to arm length you can just tie it at different lengths and the loop will not become undone. The balls vary in weight and are well made. This is great for hand to eye coordination and it will be hard to hit as a complete beginner, however it will make you better. I recommend using your hand and not boxing gloves so that you can gain more from it. Really great challenge and a good way to work on your foot work as well since the ball will move with you.

Looked like fun and did not disappoint, once I got the hang of it. The heaviest ball seemed easiest, its slower, the string affects it less and does not spring off the knuckle like the foam. Just be careful with the jewels, its dense enough to hurt sensitive parts. Just hope it holds out because the string at the ball end is held by roughly a square millimeter thick bit of plastic, though a good size knot may do as well. I paid $25 or so for what is probably 25cent worth of elastic and balls, you can probably make better at home, the parts are cheap but you get different ball weights and elastic to try and plenty of spare parts; 8 elastic string, (2 for each ball), 4 balls of different weight, there is foam, tennis and solid rubber, 4 carabiners, a head band and a nylon sack. I've never used the left side of my upper body for anything other than holding things like a steering wheel, so I got this just to have a fun way to build some coordination and it's working better than I thought, pure joy. If I ever get good at not hitting or snagging string it will only get better. Satisfied Customer

This is such a fun toy! It comes with a carrying bag that makes it easy to keep together and pack around. Our whole family enjoys working on our coordination skills with this. Just remember to allow plenty of space to move around!

This is by far the best reflex ball set I’ve ever purchased. It comes with four different balls—ranging from soft to hard—offering great variety for all skill levels and training needs. The set also includes extra bands for each ball, which is a thoughtful bonus. The overall quality is excellent and well worth the investment.

Comparing this to other similar products, I'd probably give this one 3 1/2 stars. There's probably $10 worth of equipment, and you could make your own, but it's nice to have this all-in-one package, with 4 different balls and strings all ready to go. The one thing I really don't like about this particular product is the lousy plastic velcro headband. There's no stretch to it. It'd be nice to have something more like a headband. It's just a little more tricky to get it adjusted right. You can also just use a baseball cap turned backwards and loop the string around the adjustable strap on the hat. Other products have a more elastic headband. As for the different balls and strings, I thought the beginner and number 2 balls were the same, and it turns out there pretty much are. It's the strings on them that makes a HUGE difference. The beginner ball is pretty easy to start getting the hang of. I tried the 2nd ball, and it's much harder as the string is tighter/maybe with less elastic, and so it snaps back much quicker. I then tried the two more advanced balls. The big difference there is the heavier ball. If you try and learn on these, it would be fine but is going to hurt more if you whack yourself. I'll never use that number 2 ball, though. Anyway, I don't know how the different balls and strings compare for other products. When looking at videos on these and thinking I could just make my own, it might be tricky to find strings with just the right amount of elastic. It is nice to have all that variety and 4 different balls that are ready to go with this product.
