Agility ladders are great for just about any sport!! These are nice and inexpensive! I read a lot of reviews for all types of different agility ladders before I chose these. There were a few 1 star reviews for this mostly for the "I can't believe the don't come spaced out evenly" or " All the rungs were on one side of the ladder and I spent 2 and a half hours spacing them out correctly and still have extra rope left over" - Well it was a risk I was willing to take. When I received my agility ladder it came spaced out evenly for me. I wanted to see if the rungs were easy to move and it's easy peasy. I definitely underestimated how long these were. It works out great so my athletes have more time to work on technique versus just running through the ladders as quick as they can. I chose the blue ones because all the other coaches have yellow and I didn't want them to get mixed up with anyone elses. I see these working out for me for years to come. GHB used sturdy materials on both the agility ladder and bag. It is easy to pack and unpack. The ladder is low profile in the bag so transportation is very simple. The rungs are easily adjustable. I am new to ladder drills so I hit the ladder...a lot. My toddler tries to imitate me and he trips up a lot. So far, the rungs have stayed where I placed them, 15" apart, even with all our stumbling. The ladder remains undamaged too, which is amazing considering how much my mini-me has bent it in the course of face planting. You do have to reset the ladder when you kick it, of course. But that is the whole point to these, learning how to move through it in multiple fashions without touching it at all. I have seen people stake these to the ground to keep them from moving but I kind of feel like that is cheating. If I hit it out of place, I reset it and do four push ups. Considering how much I despise push ups, this is a good motivation for me to concentrate on getting the drill right instead of just going for speed right off the bat and fumbling through. I will be buying this same ladder several more times. They have snaps on the ends so additions can be attached lengthwise. I plan to get some Velcro cable ties and use them to attach the ladders width-wise. Eventually, I'd like to have about a dozen of these so I can make large grids in different layouts for training. (Of course I have to get used to just the one for now.) ... show more

    • Can't wait to see how much of an improvement this makes on my speed
I was a little concerned with the color being blue rather than yellow but it is still very noticeable when laid down on the ground. This is the first I have ever purchased one of these on my own and it is really great compared to any I have already seen. The slats are adjustable so you can change them depending on the drill you want to perform. The silver buttons are sturdy on the ends so you can add multiple ladders to it. It also comes with a bag that fits it in very easily. I am always afraid of these kind of bags being a little too small and not fitting the product but this one is perfect. Two concerns. First, it is not very heavy. I had one big gust of wind come and take out half of it. Second, based on the pictures posted, you may think you will be getting some sort of sheet with different drills on it which you do not. Otherwise, it is a great product. Note: If you purchase this and do not know of any drills, look them up on Youtube. I found a good video that shows a ton that I never even knew were drills. ... show more

    • Works Fine - But Total Pain To Set-Up and Store
I would rethink buying this again. Unlike a few that said it was ready spaced out when they got it, I was like most who said it wasn't and they had to set it up. Is it hard to set-up? Not really. Does it take a long time? Most definitely. Doing it by myself, pulling each slat through and having to do it on both sides and then measure the distance of each side it took me about 45 minutes to adjust to get an approximate equal distance between all the slats. It was cheap, but I would never have imagined that it would come with all the slats together at one end of the cords and that I'd have to 'assemble'. And putting it away, storing it, is not a quick "oh it rolls up so nice". I have yet to figure out how to roll it up nicely and use the provided snaps on each end. I end up with a tangled mess of cord that then takes time to untangle to take it out and use it. This just prevents me from using it as planned because it's a royal pain in the tush. Now - in all fairness, yes it is cheap and you can accomplish your goals using it. But I'd spend a bit more for convenience and time saving from set-up to daily use because it's just not worth the hassle. If you're going to leave it laying out at all times, it'll work great. ... show more
