I recently went to my dentist and they recommended I get fit for a night guard to prevent teeth grinding while I sleep. Their cost for the fitting and night guard was going to be over $400. I looked on Amazon and decided to give enCore's Custom Dental Night Guard a try because it was only $149 on Amazon and had great reviews. enCore sent me a kit to mold fit my teeth by myself at home. It was easy and within a couple of weeks I had a great fitting, comfortable night guard for my bottom teeth. I wore the night guard for 8 hours the first night and have been wearing the guard ever since. I saved more than $200 and I am sure the night guard is as good or better than what I would have gotten from my dentist! Highly recommend the enCore Night Guard!

The whole process was very easy! Everything that I needed to make a comfortable and effective nighttime mouth guard was sent to me with straight-forward instructions. And the mouth guard fits and works great!

I was quoted over a $1000 out of pocket by my dentist. I wanted to try these to see if it would work instead. Paid a little over $100 for the kit. You get putty for your impression mold and a back up putty just in case. You also get to choose if you want the night guard for your upper or lower teeth. You send photos of your mold onto the link that was included in the pkg and they will let you know if it’s acceptable or rejected. They answered within 24 hours. my first impressions were rejected so they sent me new putty for free by mail. They will even ask you to resend photos if they couldn’t see it clearly. I redid it and the 2nd set was accepted and I mailed the impressions to them with the prepaid packaging that came in the kit. I paid to expedite the processing and the shipping which is optional. You also get to choose if you want a hard plastic, soft silicone, or a hybrid mix between both. No additional cost. You may even purchase backup guards but I didn’t YET. I may try the softer ones to see if I like those too. recommend reading the specs on each to make sure you choose the best one for you. The nightguard arrived and it fits perfect. I chose the hard one because it’s not as thick and so far it’s doing the job. They said to try it on for 3 weeks to make sure you are comfortable and get thru the period where it may hurt when you initially wear it but iits my 2nd night and it doesn’t hurt at all. I can barely see it in my mouth when I put it on. If I don’t like it then I have to let them know within 30 days. So far it’s been good.

I've used a night guard for over 10 years, and I would get anxious whenever I had to order a new night guard at the dentist. Over the past decade, I've bought two night guards priced at $500 each. I've heard that night guards nowadays are $700-$1500 which I was simply unwilling to spend. enCore literally saved me hundreds of dollars. My only critique is that it took me three tries to create a usable impression. However, enCore's prompt customer service helped me every step of the way. My advice is to follow the instruction video to a tee. - I touched my impression while it was setting the first time and I distorted it. - I took too long to mix the putty the second time, the putty started to harden, and then my impression was too shallow to use for a mold. - Third time was a charm! My night guard arrived quickly, fits perfectly, and it's professional quality. Highly recommended product. Be patient, follow the instructions, and save hundreds!

My dentist said I was grinding my teeth and needed a night guard, so I looked at reviews and chose the Encore Guard - hard. The impression kit came quickly and the instructions are easy to follow. I submitted the pictures of my impressions and the customer service reviewed them quickly and asked for additional pictures to make sure the impressions were good enough. Then they said to send them in. They processed the impressions quickly and shipped out my guard. It fits nice and snug and definitely keeps me from grinding my teeth. I just brush it with my toothbrush to keep it clean and it is holding up well. Definitely a good product and they have truly great customer service.

I have the guard and it fits ok, serves the purpose. But the clay used to make the impression is really challenging. I had to do it over and over and over again, frustrating as heck. It’s the same as what dentists use, but sine I’m not a dental hygienist, doing it right is not easy!! Finally got it about 80% right and I did not want to do it a fifth time, so my guard fits about 80%. Good enough to stop night grinding and $300 cheaper than dentist office charges!

I really like the easy to understand instructions for how to create your custom mold. I had to send multiple photos to them until they were approved, but the were quick to respond. After receiving my night guard I was very impressed with the fit. It was not too tight but not too loose and very comfortable to wear. I even find myself forgetting I am still using it even after waking up in the morning. I would recommend for you to use these instead of going through your dentist which will probably try to charge you hundreds of dollars more.

I was waking up with headaches from jaw clenching so decided to try a mouthguardcat night. Dentist wanted over $800 so decided to give EnCore a shot first. Great price point. Creating the mold was quick and easy. The mouth guard was a little tight and took a couple of nights to get used to. But it works great! No more sore teeth and headaches in the morning!
