When they’re on, they feel super cooling and hydrating. I put mine on before bed , leave them on about 15 mins, then take off and massage in the serum. I appreciate that this came with not just one "spatula," but a set of tweezers, which I like. There is a generous amount of serum, which is effective. I like the way my dark circles look brighter, and the whole area looks tighter and less sunken. I don't need as much concealer after using the product. When using these, it helps to lie down for a while and let the serum work. If I put them on and try to do something else, they slide down my face. This is not unusual for this type of product, and it is actually good that there is such a good amount of serum coating each patch. I am quite satisfied.

I purchased these because they contain caffeine which is supposed to help with morning puffiness of the eyes. I had placed them in the fridge for an added cooling effect and applied them using the included little plastic tongs. I couldn't quite figure out in which direction to apply the patches but ended up with the pointy side toward the temples. The patches are quite fragile and slippery and can be a bit hard to grasp with the little forceps but I managed to get them onto my face without ripping them. Some reviews mentioned the patches sliding down on the face which could be the case as there is a lot of product on them. This can be avoided by removing some extra product prior to application by gently sliding the patches over the edge of the container. Or you could just lie down flat :) They felt moisturizing but I did experience some stinging and discomfort. This could be due to the niacinamide so if you know you are sensitive to this ingredient you may want to pick a different product. I would have liked to be able to just pat in any residue like with my sheet masks (Hada Labo!) but I was afraid that would cause more irritation. Overall I have not noticed any improvement but it's still a nice self care ritual for days off and the cooling effect feels wonderful. Highly advise against buying this product. I’ve tried several eye masks, and this one was so highly recommended I figured I would give it a shot. I gave a shot multiple times. Unfortunately, I can’t review whether or not the mask is actually effective, because it doesn’t even stay on your face. I have to lay down flat and hold it on with my fingers in order to get it to stay. Forget sitting up or walking around with it on. I wrote a review on another eye mask, which I found to work extremely well. It stays on your face perfectly, you can even wander around and do things without it falling out of place. Plus it provides instant results as far as brightening, depuffing and revitalizing. By far the best mask I have tried thus far. If you’re able to pull up the reviews that I have written, you’ll be able to find it. However I highly advised against buying this product.

I have to say that I am impressed with these eye masks. I have tried many of them, from the super deluxe kind to the budget kind, but these are some of the more affordable eye masks that do make a difference! I struggle with dark circles and puffiness, and after using these, I do notice a tightening. (Keep in mind that it is important to hold realistic expectations here. There is only so much you can do about genetics and unhealthy lifestyles!) A couple of things to take note of is that you have to wipe some product off the masks before you put them on. Otherwise, they will slide off. Also, DO NOT use them if you have recently used an eye product that contains retinol. If you do, they will sting! (Trust me, I have experience here). Finally, the masks have some glitter flecks in them. I am not sure why they are there or what their functionality is, but after you remove the masks, sometimes you will have to wipe a fleck or two off of your face. Overall, I would say these are a great budget-friendly option for dark circles and puffiness.

I love these eye masks! In the mornings that I wake up with bags under my eyes, I just put these on, leave them for 20-30 minutes and once I take them off, the puffiness is gone! Seriously the best. As far as the slipperiness that people complain about, all you have to do is run the mask over the edge of the container before applying to remove a little of the extra product and they stay in place just fine after applying. I keep them in my little mini cosmetic fridge to keep them cool, so they feel just so nice when applied. Seriously, they work so much better than some expensive serums and eye creams I’ve used. You can’t go wrong with these.
