  • Great computer!!
Size: ARC A750 | 32GB | 512 SSD + 2TB HDD
I love this computer!! It works amazing, every single game runs smoothly and looks beautiful. Though the RGBs on the computer, the controller it comes with seems to not work at all. But other than that everything runs great and it’s the best computer you can get in this year. I got a little confused setting it up with all the cords getting them plugged in and organized, when I first turned on the computer nothing showed up and I looked on the back and I saw that the power supply was switched O (which is the incorrect for the U.S I believe), so I just switched to I because I saw it was incorrect. The computer turned on with all the craziness of course took 30 some seconds to show up on the screen, then I set it up and it worked great! ... show more

  • Loud fans but runs great
Size: ARC A750 | 32GB | 512 SSD + 2TB HDD
I've been using this PC for about 4 weeks. There are pros and cons as no PC is perfect for everyone. First the pros: - It runs great. It's powerful, hasn't overheated yet, and plays intensive games such as Red Dead Redemption smoothly even at max settings. It probably won't need to be upgraded for 4-5 years due to the nice specs, assuming there are no mechanical breakdowns. - The PC is packaged well within the box it comes in (I'm not talking about the shipping box or materials), and it's clear the company goes the extra mile to make sure they do all they can to prevent issues once it leaves their place of business. I initially thought there were scratches on the glass but I just had to remove the plastic film that was on each side of the glass to see that the glass was in perfect condition. - There are plenty of USB and display ports that will probably be sufficient for most people. - The colorful lighting inside the unit is nice but I never see it as I had to put the PC under my desk. The remote control for the lighting works fine. - I did contact support about upgrading the PC and they responded on the next business day. The person who responded was polite and helpful. I only have 2 things that I wish were different. - It's not easy to add internal parts. I wanted to add an internal hard drive but couldn't figure out where to screw in the drive. I contact support (who was helpful) who gave me info but the effort required made it not worth the time (for me). I wanted to be able to just screw in an internal hard drive and attach the cable to the port but it's just not that easy. - The fans are loud. And by loud I do mean loud. Not jet engine loud, but probably louder than the PC you have now. I put the PC under my desk which did help minimize the sound, but it's still loud. I have bad Tinnitus that's with me every second I'm awake. I used to use a white noise app on my phone to help me fall sleep. Now I just listen to the PC fans. Would I discourage anyone from buying this PC due to the fans? No, unless you need complete silence. But if you needed complete silence you wouldn't be buying a desktop in the first place. So despite the fans being loud and the PC having limited options for adding internal components, it's still a gem and I have no regrets with my purchase. I'd also very comfortably and confidently recommend CUK to friends and family. If the company is still around in 4-5 years I'll probably buy from them again. I just hope the fans will be a little quieter by then. ... show more

  • Power Supply and Fire
Size: RTX 3070 | 32GB | 512 SSD + 2TB HDD
Terrible. Its runs loud and the power supply was put in upside down. Only way we knew that was when it caught fire and had someone look at it.

  • Nice computer, but loud and built with underwhelming MSI parts.
Size: ARC A750 | 32GB | 512 SSD + 2TB HDD
It performs very well, but is very loud. I'll have a hard time to justify using it unless I'm playing a game. It's far to loud to watch videos or to do work on without a headset on and volume up. While troubleshooting, I noted the parts in the build and found that it would have cost me about $400 less if I had built the computer using the same parts. Additionally, I've spent another $100 on replacement fans to reduce the noise from the fans that came with the build. - First startup I found all the fans running at 100%. Figured no problem I'll modify that in the BIOS later. Turned out the MSI board will not allow the fans to run 3-pin fans below 60% (7v) or higher at all times. So, I already need to replace the 3-pin fans with 4-pin fans to hopefully reduce some of the noise. - One of the fans did not light up. Wasn't a big deal for me, but did try to fix it later when troubleshoot fan speeds. Couldn't fix and figured it wasn't worth the hassle since I need to replace all the fans anyway. - The remote to control the fan lights was not responding, but I found someone mention holding the remote literally inside the case and pressing buttons and that seemed to work. After that the remote is working from outside the case. - The data drive was initialized, but did not have a letter assigned to it. So, when going to "My Computer" the data drive was not shown or accessible. I did see it in the Disk Manager and went ahead and used the command prompt to assign it a letter and that fixed that issue. - There were fan wires wrapped around the ram sticks. It probably wouldn't have hurt anything, but I don't like the idea of wire resting on hot components. I re-routed those lines. -The RTX 2080 Ti (MSI Aero) that came with the machine whines when there is load on it. This is the only component that makes me regret purchasing the machine. In the future I will probably continue to building my PC's. It takes less time and money, than what I've spent on this pre-built machine. It's not a bad machine, just not what I was expecting for the price. Update: 05/26/21 - It's still a noisy box, however, I've put well over 2000 hours of graphic intensive gaming into it and its still performing great. ... show more

  • Great Desktop
Size: ARC A750 | 32GB | 512 SSD + 2TB HDD
This is a fantastic computer. I only have one problem and one complaint. The sound didn't work and then it did, and then it didn't. It drove me nuts. It works now. The confusing was the audio "Output Source" kept changing from Nvida drivers to External Speakers. The only complaint I do have is no "optical drive." This caused a lot of problems when I needed to reinstall programs. I ended up purchasing that separately. This is not just CUK's problem, but, it is a major problem with a lot of vendors. It seems that there is little importance to installing a internal optical drive. Internal optical drive(s) are a must. I give this computer 6 stars. It is so quiet it's scary. It's fast and built in a highly professional manner. You can tell by the way it looks and runs. Great job guys! My future replacement will come from you without question. I do have one question. Liquid coolant. When and how do I do that? ... show more
