After buying another non giant brand and having to return it, I was a little worried. But the PC arrived in perfect condition and worked flawlessly out of the box. I purchased the unit on May 31, 2023. It was supposed to be one day shipping but ended up being two (not a big deal and may or may not be sellers fault). The computer is compact for having an rtx 4090 in it (other than height it fits ever so snuggly). Can’t say that I can comment on fan noise since my setup is right in a very loud and active living room but I don’t hear the fans at all. The build is as advertised and of high quality with with wires organized and a support for the graphics card. The packaging was very impressive as well with being compact but safe with foam and bubble wrap. ... show more

I was worried about buying a prebuilt PC on Amazon (I know how stuff gets treated in warehouses) but this was extremely well protected. All I had to do was carefully remove the foam from inside the chassis and it was good to go. Computer came with everything as ordered, nice high MHz ram (I'm replacing that anyways, but it was nice to see they didn't throw the cheapest/slowest in). Immediately wiped computer and put on a fresh install of windows (installed version was incredibly slow in OOBE). Computer would constantly ramp up CPU fan for now reason. Decided when I was swapping RAM to put on some fresh CPU paste.... And found the protective cover for the cooler still in place. Rookie stuff. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase, but for $3700, that's dumb stuff that will kill a PC quick. Just be ready to triple check their work. ... show more

I have not bought this computer, but I'm just leaving this here as a warning. I bought a computer that was lower-end without even having a GPU included kind of low-end from this same brand, and it came in this same case. This case is flimsy, hard to work with, has low airflow, and is generally very low-end. And, along with all that, if they included this same terrible case, they likely will include the same horrible cheap jittery, and loud fans. And the cable management was atrocious too, things were jammed into the very tiny cable management space to the point when the back panel is taken off it is hard to get back on without pressing down hard on it, if the PSU is non-modular they will simply jam the spare cables in there with no actual care for how they're 'managed'. Storage expansion in this case is also bad, having to remove the entire PSU shroud to be able to screw on your SSD, which mounts on the BOTTOM, of the case, right next to the PSU. ... show more
