Found out my daughter had a homozygous MTHFR mutation, so we wanted to get my husband tested since we suspected he did too. The results came back quickly (under a week) and clearly showed what we expected. I think it is a much quicker turnaround bc they are not sequencing much of the DNA, but I would definitely recommend this product to anyone curious about their MTHFR status.

What a dumb product. We paid $80 to learn our daughter may have a mutation. When I called company for their free 30 minute consult, all they could say was they can not interpret the results and my daughter should get a blood test. What? I thought that was the purpose of this product. Nope, she said it was for informational and educational purposes. What?@!

Purchased 2 of these kits, swabbed and followed directions only to send them off, took a week to get there (not my fault) and then longer to test it. Both test results came back saying they basically couldn’t tell me anything. So I’m out $140 and still have no results.
